i'm not saying overpowered or busted it's just he's so annoying to deal with in laning face unless you can poke 24/7 him he'll just regain all his health back so not to mention the fact he can deal true damage has a silence 60% damage reduction and an execute

I don't see many lane phases lasting until level 11. He basically has no passive until then.

His passive early game is like 1/3 of a refillable potion.

It's pretty garbage lol, lot more champs with better sustain pre-11
