[Champion Concept] Speculum, The Mirror of Legends

I don't have art for Speculum (unfortunately), but I do have rough stats and some lore for It. Don't be too hard, this is my first champion idea.

Speculum, The Mirror of Legends

Speculum is a ranged anti-tank tank support. Though It doesn't scale with anything, building resistances on It will make It excessively tanky do to already high base stats

Stats:

Health: 601.23 (+95.3) (2316.63 at level 18) Health Regen: 3 (+1.76) (34.68 at level 18) Resource: Uses Health Range: 550 Attack Damage: 0 (+0) (0 at level 18) Attack Speed: .679 (+3.38%) (1.073 at level 18) Armour: 29 (+4) (101 at level 18) Magic Resist: 30 (+1.2) (51.6 at level 18) Movement speed: 335

Abilities:

Passive - A Worthy Cause Speculum's basic attacks deal 10% (+.35%per level) (16.3% at level 18) of the target's current health as true hybrid damage (1/3 magic, 1/3 physical, 1/3 true) in place of dealing flat damage. When displaced, Speculum deals 5/6/8/10% (1/6/11/18) of all enemy's health that It collides with per displace as true hybrid damage (1/3 magic, 1/3 physical, 1/3 true). When ccd, but not displaced (stun/slow/rooted/etc), Speculum deals 2/3/4/5% (1/6/11/18) current health with all enemies It collides with per cc as true hybrid damage (1/3 magic, 1/3 physical, 1/3 true).

Q - Shattering Essence (Range: 350, Cost: 10% current health, Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds) Speculum shatters a portion of It's body dealing (10/12.5/15/16.5/20% current hp + 10/20/30/40/50) magic damage to all enemies in the area.

W - Bond of the Defender (Range: 575, Cost: 5% max health, Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds) Tether the soul if an allied champion to It's own taking (30/35/40/45/50%) of all damage and cc. Allied champion must stay in range otherwise the tether breaks. Lasts (3/3.5/4/4.5/5) seconds.

E - Fountain of Rejuvenation (Range: Self, Cost: No Cost, Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds) Speculum faces inward* for the next (3/3.5/4/4.5/5) seconds. After the durration, It heals for 75% of all damage taken and heals nearby allies within 450 units for 50% of the heal.

R - Smoke and Mirrors (Range: 600, Cost: 1% max hp +.5% max hp per second, Cooldown: 150/120/90 seconds) [Toggle]: All attacks and abilities are redirected to Speculum for 200% damage. 100% of damage taken is reflected back to the caster. Damage taken is reduced by resistances, but when reflected, damage is dealt as if not reduced. Damage reflected is damage taken (magic damage dealt is magic damage taken etc).

The furthest back known about Speculum is It was taken into a cave by Fiddlesticks to be used for a ritual. Once the ritual was done, Speculum was abandoned, and found by Xerath who brought it to Azir as an offering. Azir took It to his tomb, where when awakened by Sivir, was found by Cassiopia, and brought to Noxus so she could prove she still had worth after being transformed into the snakelike creature. From there, LeBlanc was bringing it to Demacia (disguised as Prince Jarvan Lightshield the Fourth) where it was lost in an ambush. Later found by an elder and brought to Ionia, Speculum was placed at the mouth of the Pit of Corruption for Varus to Guard, fore the elder felt the magic the mirror held. Once Varus had engulfed himself in the black flames and left to hunt the Noxus invaders, it happened. Speculum came to life. Brought into a world of light in a room of darkness, Speculum has but one goal: to bring balance and harmony to Runeterra at any cost.

Ideal summoner spells: summoner 3 & summoner 7 (summoner 14)

Visual:

Think Xerath shape, but more crystallized like Lisandra. While e is active, turns more into a stone like structure similar to skarner+malphite (color/texture wise).

*On his E - Fountain of Rejuvenation, "Faces inward" means the fragile mirrors that make up It's body flip inside out so the back of the mirror is what people see. Just to clear up some confusion.

E - Reflective Karma (Range: Self, Cost: 20% max health, Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds) Speculum shines bright for the next 3 seconds, and reflects the next abilities or auto attack that critically strikes back to the source dealing 100% damage as true hybrid damage (1/3 physical, 1/3 magic, 1/3 true) and healing Speculum for 20% of It's maximum health + 50% of damage that would have been dealt before resistances.

R - Reflective Karma (Range: 600, Cost: 20% max health, Cooldown: 180/90/60 seconds) Speculum shines bright for the next (5/7/9) seconds, and reflects the next 5 abilities or auto attacks that critically strike on It or any of It's allies champions in range returning 100% of the damage back to the source as true hybrid damage (1/3 physical, 1/3 magic, 1/3 true). Each ability or auto attack blocked heals Speculum and the target it blocks for 5% of Speculum's max health + 50% of the damage that would have been dealt before resistances (healing stacks on Speculum).

A champion without scaling is a rather interesting concept, would like to see how it turns out.

Displaced as in Grabbed or Knocked up? (Sorry I'm a bit of a nubb)

And is this to punish the enemy for cc-ing Speculum?
