Adding Random Skin Option

I have more than 1 skin on many champs. I even have all the skins on some champs. Sometimes, I don't know which skin I want to use.

Can we get the option of Random Skin, where its the champ, blacked out, with a question mark on them. You don't know which skin it is going to be till the game loads.
