I'd just like to know if you guys actually look at these. I've seen~~ (And made)~~ a few decent Idea's but I wonder if the creators (And my) Work are ever looked at by riot? It'd be nice to know what you guys even think about some of them.

Well I'm not a Rioter, but from my experience yes Rioters look at concepts but the people who make concepts (champ creation team) at best will draw inspiration from them. Other, less......complicated........ ideas like skins can be attributed to players and heralded as hailing from the community.
Most champ concepts don't get Rioter comments to specifically avoid hype and mixed signals, but you can find a few here and there from unreleated Rioters on the QA team, Event staff and such that are simply there to praise a good idea as another member of the community.
I only ask this question because If they do look at our concepts I think It'd be cool if they did comment. I'm not saying that if they do comment its because they are going to make one. I'd be more interested in how they think the Idea is, How it might work, How they might build a champion like this. Those kind of things. Plus I'd think it'd be cool just in general to have a Rioter complimenting or even giving advice about well done champion concepts.
