Can we please get one ;.; I know that not many people play him and that he will likely get a rework soon due to unfun mechanics and such, but he hasn't gotten a skin in sooooo long :( I really want one.

Stop whining, Riot promised he would get a skin after rework which would be in 2016. Keep waiting, and i’m sure that he will get a really nice skin as Riot has really upped their skin game recently.
Maybe a circus master Yorick with clowns.
Yorick needs his rework first before any new skins can be displayed. Luckily, one of the Rioters found this and considered to make it for next Snowdown.
