Lore and Drawing coming soon

Role: AP Carry Primary Stat: AP Weapons: Jetpack and Voltage Rifle Movelist:

Passive: Voltage Charge Voltage Charge stacks whenever Rokkit uses his Q. Depending on how many stacks he has, his W, E and his R gain additional effects. Rokkit is allowed to stack Voltage Charge up to four times.

Q- Voltage Shot (point and click) Rokkit fires a larger shot than his auto, onto the enemy minions or champion, dealing slight splash damage to targets behind the intended target, when his passive stacks. His Q does not consume any stacks of his passive. This move scales with his AP and deals true damage on crit when he has two or more stacks of Voltage Charge. (7.5 second cooldown)

W- Battery Discharge (click AOE) Rokkit chucks his overcharged battery in the direction of the aoe circle, the circle getting wider and gaining additional benefits when using his Voltage Charge stacks. Can only be used when he has one or more stacks of Voltage Charge. This move scales with Rokkit's AP. 1 Stack - Small aoe damage damages any champions or minions caught within the circle. 2 Stacks - Medium aoe damage damages any champions or minions caught within range and deals 10% slow for 1 second. 3 Stacks - Large aoe damage damages any champions or minions within range and deals 15% slow for 1.5 seconds. 4 Stacks - Larger aoe damage damages any champions or minions within range and deals 30% slow for 2 seconds. (30 second cooldown)

E- Evasive Leap (click AOE) Rokkit leaps in the direction of the AOE circle, dealing aoe damage to any champion or minion caught within range. Used as a great disengage, it gains additional benefits when using Voltage Charge stacks. Can be used regardless if he has any stacks on his Voltage Charge, and this move does not consume stacks. 1 Stack - 10% additional movement speed for 1.5 seconds upon landing on destination. 2 Stacks - 15% additional movement speed for 1.75 seconds upon landing on destination. 3 Stacks - 20% additional movement speed for 2 seconds upon landing on destination. No additional benefits beyond 3 stacks of Voltage Charge. (20 second cooldown)

R- Massive Discharge (skill shot) Rokkit charges his rifle for 1 second, firing off a massive shot of energy, dealing splash damage to enemies caught behind the intended target. Has a max range of 800 units. This move cannot be used unless you have 1 or more Voltage Charge stacks. Cannot hit minions, and only works on Champions. This move scales with Rokkit's AP. 1 Stack - Splash damage against enemy champions behind hit target. 2 Stacks - Splash damage against enemy champions behind hit target, and hit target suffers 25% slow for 1.75 seconds. 3 Stacks - Splash damage against enemy champions behind hit target, and hit target suffers 30% slow for 2 seconds. 4 Stacks - Splash damage against enemy champions behind hit target, and hit target suffers 40% slow for 2.5 seconds. (120 second cooldown)

Lore: Rokkit is a yordle child, born and raised in the city of Zaun, looked after by human parents, after being abandoned by his real parents. He grew to admire his human older sister, Aurora, dearly, as she was an engineer in training. Rokkit began to imitate Aurora, and began to build his own devices. Rokkit impressed Aurora, and his adopted parents to the point where they sent him off to a school for novice engineers, becoming even more skilled in the art of engineering. He was eventually scouted by the Institute of War, where Rokkit would be able to develop his skills in engineering his voltage weaponry, and was allowed to join the League of Legends.

This is a work-in-progress, so if the lore is cringy, I'm really sorry... It's only a rough idea of what his lore should be... I will have a drawing available soon. I gotta learn how to draw yordles... It seems drawing yordles is harder than I thought.

I like it, but the Institute of War doesn't exist anymore, riot changed that

Hey man, cool concept. Kinda like Ziggs meets Cait/Jihn sort of vibe. Maybe instead of a rifle he could have a sort of 'Tesla' gun that shoots electricity. Could function basically the same but look different. Just as an idea.

{quoted} Passive: Voltage Charge Voltage Charge stacks whenever Rokkit uses his Q. Depending on how many stacks he has, his W, E and his R gain additional effects. Rokkit is allowed to stack Voltage Charge up to four times.

I'll say from the start I don't really like passives that don't really do anything, ie Viktor or Syndra. There's nothing inherently wrong with it (I mean if it works it works) just more of a personal thing. Other than that can't comment much.

Other than that: What is the duration for having stacks?

Q- Voltage Shot (point and click) Rokkit fires a larger shot than his auto, onto the enemy minions or champion, dealing slight splash damage to targets behind the intended target, when his passive stacks. His Q does not consume any stacks of his passive. This move scales with his AP and deals true damage on crit when he has two or more stacks of Voltage Charge. (7.5 second cooldown)

So a sort of ranged Titanic Hydra? Seems cool. Also does I'd be careful with crits that deal true damage, as depending on how this champ is built he could do insane amounts of damage. That said, how does this ability crit? Is it guaranteed?

I would suggest maybe increasing the slows on this. Given that in order to reach 4 stacks at the minimum will take a full 30 seconds, the reward for getting there should be highest.

Again seems good. Sort of like a reverse of a Tristana jump. Again I would suggest increasing the bonuses. Considering that Tristana has a 60% slow on hers, you could definitely bump this up a notch. Also you state this ability doesn't consume stacks? Could you perhaps elaborate on this in his passive or on the appropriate abilities that do consume stacks?

Seems sort of like a mix between his Q and W. This is alright, but seems kinda lackluster in all honesty. Not saying it's bad, just sort of 'eh' if that makes sense? Considering he's to do with electricity, what about something like an over the top Statikk Shiv? Something like:

Rokkit discharges his gun, causing a chain reaction in up to 3 enemies, increasing the base damage by the number of people hit. This ability will priorities champion within range. 1 Stack - Hits up to 5 units 2 Stacks - Hits up to 7 units 3 Stacks - Hits up to 9 units 4 stacks - Hits up to 11 units

Basically picture it like this: Enemy team groups at a tower, waits for a minion wave. Their minion wave comes, you hit a champ and it chain through potentially all 5 champs and the minion wave, and significantly increases the damage of the ability. So if a single champion would take 10 damage, 2 enemies hit both take 20 damage each, 3 enemies hit all take 30 ect.

All in all this is a pretty cool first draft. I'd love to see it developed more. Feel free to ignore my suggestions. Merely throwing out ideas.

Rokkit? Rocket? Whatever. It's a nice idea, but needs a lot of refining. But hey, I know it's just a new idea so far, so it's not complete. I completely agree with what Lonely Flame said, other than it seeming like any other champion. I like the idea of building up charges and having those power other abilities, but the execution of the idea is a bit bad. The passive does nothing, stacks are limited, and there really isn't anything in here that pushes people to play their absolute best. Though this may contrast with your original idea, I think this might be a good way to fix it: Passive: Voltage Magnet Attacks grant a stack of Charge on hit. Stacks of charge slowly decay over time, one by one. Mana stat buffs slow the decay. Q: Voltage Steal Multi-hit attack. Grants several stacks of Charge per hit, and grants +1 stack of charge per hit, per hit. Costs stacks to use. So the calculation might look something like this: n^(2/2.2/2.4/2.6/2.8) + (4/5/6/7/8)n - (2/3/4/5/6) with n being the number of enemies hit. Maybe make champions count as 2 or 3. W: Discharge Lob shot, explosion with slow. Consumes all stacks of Charge. Must have at least 1 stack to use. Calculations might look something like this: Explosion radius: (300/350/400/450/500)sqrt(c) with c being the number of Charge stacks Slow amount: (2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1)-(2/1.75/1.5/1.25/1)/c with 1 being 100% slow Obviously the actual numbers need to be adjusted, but that's the form of the equation. E: Evasive Leap Jump. Dash in direction of cursor upon landing. Consumes half stacks of Charge. Calculation for dash distance might look something like this: (0.02/0.025/0.03/0.035/0.04)c^2 with c being the number of Charge stacks consumed Again, adjust numbers. R: Spark Gap Fires a homing projectile. On hit, arc to nearby enemies. Cannot hit the same target twice. Can hit an indefinite number of enemies. Calculation for damage might look something like this: (15/20/25)[n^(1.1/1.3/1.5)+30] with n being the number of enemies hit.

So yeah. It's a great idea with a lot of potential, but work still needs to be done to make it better.

Kinda seems weird to have a champion who is AP based to have moves that scale with crit but not AD, his Q just seems kinda wonky in that effect.
