Dash-senpai have noticed you and your request dear summoners (especially Veigar-mains)! Dash-senpai is a new champion whose main strength is mobility, which paired with his zero-cost AD-scaling abilities, offers an unique experience to enjoy playing as and against him. Dash-senpai secondary resource bar is "rage": Dash-senpai permanently gains 1 point of rage every time the enemy punches the screen. Every point of rage increases your base movement speed and the range of your dashes by 1. Rage stacks infinitely.

These are his abilities: Passive: Counterplay Dash-senpai increases his damage against his targets by 1% per every 1% mobility they lack.

Q: Not enough gapclose Cost: Nope | Range: 1,200 | Cooldown: 6 Dash-senpai dashes to target ally, enemy, ward, mushroom or green pixel on the map, dealing 75/100/125/150/175 +100% AD +10% of his target's maximum health as physical damage if it's an enemy. Killing an enemy with this skill refresh it's cooldown, builds 10 rage and possibly destroys the enemy's screen.

W: Healthy gameplay Cost: Nope | Range: Global | Cooldown: 4 Dash-senpai instantly breaks all CC affecting him, gains 100% damage reduction during 5 seconds and teleports to the nearest friendly turret. All enemies that have dealt damage to Dash-senpai in the last 10 seconds are knocked 5,800-units away and get rooted for the next 3 games.

E: Even healthier gameplay Cost: Nope | Range: 1,500 | Cooldown: 5 Dash-senpai teleports behind target enemy, knocking them up for apparently no reason and attracting all nearby Yasuos onto his target. This skill cooldown refreshes every time Dash-senpai knocks up an immobile mage.

R: LC$BIGPLAY$ Cost: Nope | Range: Global | Cooldown: 100/75/50 After channeling for 0.01 seconds, Dash-senpai unleashes a barrage of missiles to target enemy that deals true damage equal to 50% of his target's maximum health. This damage is doubled against enemies with no dashes an disables the use of Flash by that target for the next 750 seconds.

Dash-senpai lore: After a strange affair, LeeSin Lee Sin and Zed Zed had a baby. Vi Vi blessed that baby and, with the help of Ahri Ahri and Leblanc LeBlanc, he learnt how to be a true League champion.

Pd: REMEMBER THAT DAMAGE VALUES ARE ORIENTATIVE! They may be buffed if they prove to be weak.

Enough is enough, I'm tired of seeing all these threads whining about mobility creep. Riot doesn't even read the forums to get ideas for balancing, so literally all this does is clutter up Boards with stupid shit instead of something actually interesting, like a legitimate Champion or Skin concept (not that Riot will add it, still nice to look around)
