Ashe targeting bug (HITTING 4 CHAMPION WITH AUTOS)
Using "Runaan's Hurricane" + Ashe's "Q", she can target 4 enemies instead of the allowed 3. All you needs it 4 enemies in range of Hurricane, charge up her "Q" and boom, your hitting 4 targets.

I think what's happening here is that a couple of runaan's arrows combined with q are switching targets from one target to another, but it's happening so quickly that it looks like it's targeting all four at once. I think if you were to calculate the damage total to all four targets and compare them to only having 3 setup, the total damage would be the same.
Hummm, you make a good point, on the fourth target it was doing noticeable less damage than the others, however it I did some more testing, and when it's hitting all 4 targets three targets that was being targeted before using Ashe's "Q" it was doing damage equally, from the hurricane, and after activating it, this did not change. Plus if what you where saying is indeed the case, then I'd likely still do it without Ashe's "Q" active, unless of course, using that ability causes some sort of targeting bug in which case we're back where we started. On top of which I did some more testing, putting 3 targets closer to me and 1 farther as well but it still hit that further target. And while I don't know how it's coded, but its unlikely the 4th target would have been hit had it been a case of (Runaan's Hurricane) switching targets. On top of which the clip visual backs up that the targets (visually) receive the same amount of arrows, but the 4th one doesn't, hence the reduced damage on that target. All said an done, I think you could safely rule out that the Runaan's Hurricane is switch targets, possible, but unlikely.
It can hit all 5 champions it's not a bug it's been in the game for a long time just not many people know about it that's why builds such as Bork BC and runaans as a rush in Korea was so popular for a while because she could stack the BC in 1 auto on 5 champions for 25% armour shred. If you follow meta and Korea you would know this.
So what your telling me, is that an ability, and an item, when combined, does something to which nether ability nor item should grant. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
Yes exactly that is what it means. But for real if you read Ashe q ability it should say somewhere you can hit 5 people. Now if you want the optimal build for using the 5 man q dmg start off with
then
then
then
and finally optional based on your situation if you want a second chance so
or if you need more life steal and a free me from cc item so
or if you just want more crit so
or if you want just the life steal go
