Is the Client is broken, or am I an odd duck (Don't answer that)

Client:

  • Images will not load load. (ie. Big 'L' in top left on home screen) [Clicking into a menu seems to load it back in but usually reoccurs]
  • Friends section likes to bug out too, people online but shows offline for example. [Rare occurrence]

Pre-game Lobby:

  • Pretty clean for the most part.

Loading Screen:

  • Loading screen owns your display, cannot alt + tab out or in any way leave the loading screen [Happens a LOT]

Post Game:

  • Fails to show chat from players (allies or enemies)
  • Allies and enemies will both show with RED names
  • Chat keeps doing some sort of refresh, looks glitchy
  • Players Icons not loading (A Classic)

Notes:

  • Hextech Repair tool fails to resolve the issues, even after a clean re-install
  • Connection seems solid, ping test are normal [time 19ms TTL=56]
  • FW doesn't make a difference (on or off) same story with Ani-virus
  • Network Logs files don't seem to indicate anything special from what I can tell [Thou looking at all those un-formatted number do make my head hurt]
  • Client Logs show js warnings, not sure if it a (This is bad warning or some other sort of flag) [Examples below]

ERRORS: ** Plugin Manager| Failed to serve /sanitizer/assets/2.filter.region.na.csv ** Plugin Manager| [A LOT OF STUFF SIMILAR TO ABOVE]

As far as additional programs that may cause an issues, Overwolf makes the most sense. Haven't done much testing on this yet, may update later

UPDATE (1/11/20): Ran the HexTech Tool to reinstall the latest patch, seemed a lot better. Then went from Hero to zero. Multiple visual bugs on the client. Pretty terrible too, turns the entire client black, moving the mouse over the client seem to 'fix' it

These pretzels are making me thirsty!

I'm not having problems opening/loading the client or games but, the friends' list is a complete mess which, is pretty annoying. The organization and display of the friends' list is completely broken. I can move people to a different folder but, they don't actually move to it. Fix your shit RITO!

Also, what's with this progressively building client lag that occurs? It seems like it gets a little worse with each game and after 7-8 games its so bad I have to restart the client.

This game is going to shit! Is LoL on its last leg? I think so.

  • Tons of free shit
  • Broken/busted new champions
  • Blatant cash-grabs (Prestige skins)
  • Shitty/rushed client/mobile update

Do we need more proof that this game is going down the toilet? Probably not...

Also having similar issues. Namely:

-Janky friends list. Icons not appearing and can't visit friend profiles unless they are online. -Post-Game lobby showing everyone as having disconnected already, even if they haven't (all were shown offline, but some would still talk). Sometimes when they message, their name will be replaced by "..." for a few seconds. -Weird growing lag that subtly gets worse with every match. Only client-side, but not in-game.

Well you're luckier,for me everytime i try to play everything works perfectly fine from champ select,to when i i go to lane,at that moment it start to get crazy like my ping goes from 80 or 90 to between 400 to 2000ms for no reasons and i keep getting "attempt to reconnect" like 3 times in a single game or even moreand it goes back to normal then do it again,i tried to see if it was because of my wifi and i found out that everything worked fine other than league i tried every solution but none of them seems to work for me i legit loose like damn a lot of games because of this :/

The game is not functional anymore, but take comfort in the fact that the server resources saved with these compromise measures have finally enabled Rito to sell Clash tickets again.

Just be happy that your game doesn't disconnect itself repeatedly for a few seconds before crashing with a critical error almost every game, like it does for people with win 7 and dual core cpu.
