About Shen

So, it was posted at surrender at 20 that Riot has some plans for shen buffs ( http://www.surrenderat20.net/2015/03/red-post-collection-champion-design-and.html) and I can hardly wait for them to come out, cause I main Shen for quite some time and really miss the first ban-first pick Shen of a few seasons back. But could a VU or at least a TR for him come along with the buffs. I think that the recent Splash art update (october last year ) may suggest that maybe not. But I think that giving him the treatment for a VU would be perfect
