@KateyKhaos What's the difference between Lux's rig and Eve's rig?
They were both released at around the same time. So how come lux was able to get a new skin with tons of fancy particles while Eve only gets these crappy ones?

Evelynn was released in April 2009. Lux was released in October 2010. That ain't around the same time.
Eve was one of the original 40 champions, hence why she has an older rig.
remember lux had to be made twice
