Passive: Stored Spirits: 0 seconds When Moto kills a jungle camp, she can store their spirit for later use. She can store up to 3 spirits at a time. Each spirit grants a unique effect when released. Moto and her allies can only have one active spirit at a time.

Q: Spirit Sweep : (6.5/6/5.5/5/4.5) seconds | (110/100/90/80/70) mana cost | 550 Moto swings her blade in a cone, hitting all enemy units in front of her, dealing (100/110/120/130/140) damage. This damage is increased by 25% against non-epic monsters.

W: Summon Support Spirit : (10/9/8/7/6) seconds | (100/90/80/70/60) mana cost | 600 Releases the stored spirit of a Scuttle Crab. The spirit will follow Moto or a selected ally for 2 minutes, restoring (25/50/75/100/125) health every 30 seconds.

E: Summon Attack Spirit : (10/9/8/7/6) seconds | (100/90/80/70/60) mana cost | 600 Releases the stored spirit of a Murk Wolf, Raptor, Gromp, or Krug. The spirit will follow Moto or a selected ally for 2 minutes, attacking nearby enemies every 10 seconds, dealing (10/20/30/40/50) damage every attack.

R: Summon Dragon Spirit : (150/125/100) seconds | (200/150/125) mana cost | 600 Releases the stored spirit of a dragon. The spirit will follow Moto or a selected ally for 2 minutes, attacking nearby objectives every 10 seconds, dealing (100/125/150) damage every attack.

Notes: The pets have health but it is not listed as I am not sure how much they should have. Would appreciate some input on that. After Moto applies a spirit to an ally, she loses the ability to control it and can then summon another spirit of that type if she has one stored. Probably my worst/most unpolished concept. I remember iceboxing Moto because I realized that I didn’t really know how to develop her, and it is nice to see that I still don’t. Rip me.

Her entire kit is like one big anti-synergy. It doesnt make sense. If you get counter jungled youre screwed, if you dont get a scuttle youre screwed and if you dont get a dragon youre screwed. Instead her stored spirits should empower her other abilities but only when she wants them to be empowered. So her kit should be a normal kit, but each ability can be uniquely empowered based on a spirit you can select freely kinda like how neeko can select someone to change into.

Like her R can be Dragon Spirit Slash - Sends out a large wave of energy in the form of a dragon, damaging everything in its path for 200/250/300. Empowered by dragon spirit - Damage is amped to 350/400/500 and applies a burn that deals 10/20/30 per tick and applies grievous wounds. (add complicated math here with AD/AP ratios)

I used the dragon spirit as an example but since Riot LOVES making way overloaded kits, each QWER can be empowered by any spirit, giving them all different effects based on what spirit is being used.

Hey guys. Thanks for the feedback. I won't be making any edits to Moto at this time due to me just continuing to not be inspired by her. I'll rework her at some point based on the feedback, though.

One of the biggest problems would be how she would work without pets, because a jungler that has to clear a camp before an ability comes online is a problem Its really cool and I like the idea but she has a similar problem to Zyra + Heimerdinger where her deployables will either be to strong and take too long to kill or too weak and die immediately like Malzahar she should probably have some sort of ability like how Qiyana has her base Q otherwise she'd just get her camps denied by the likes of Shaco XinZhao Rengar MonkeyKing Warwick Khazix Beyond that she seems to fit in between a Ivern Azir Zyra Kayn .... Kayn because of a requirement to come online, zyra and azir because of managing deployable champions and Pyke because AD while having a supportive ability..... all of that seems really hard to balance

All in all i think its really cool in concept it would just need some looking into to get the numbers right, and to find out how to have a viable jungle pressure

Its somewhat bad to have 3 "passive" spells out of 4. They aren't really passive, but with 2 min duration you can just use them all before teamfight, and your only actual button is Q. It will also feel bad if your team is losing and you can't secure crabs/dragons. And if you did actually get a dragon, it does nothing in a fight if there are no nearby towers How I would improve it:

  1. Passive gives some passive bonuses for storing the spirits. Maybe also add a UI like Kindred has that shows already stored spirits. Something like: Passive: When Moto kills (or assists a kill for ally) a jungle camp, she stores its spirit for 5 minutes. Each stored spirit adds +1% AP, AD and MS, doubled when in jungle or river. Can only store 1 spirit from the same type of jungle camps. Herald/Drake/Baron takedowns give all 7 spirits
  2. Spells(maybe just 1 of them, maybe all 4) have some normal effect, but also can be used to release the stored spirit. For example, you could have a damaging skillshot, and if it hits an enemy under X hp AND you have a wolf spirit, wolf spirit will run to that enemy and finish him. Or you could have and AOE speed buff for allies, and if it hits at least 1 ally in combat with enemies AND you have scuttle buff, a speed shrine will appear at that area. This way you can still actually do things even without spirits, and you can prioritize camps that are best for current situation. Maybe spirits could have some charges, so they are not just gone after 1 use, and will instead return back. That could be the ultimate's passive effect(something like "Spirits can be released 1/2/3/4 times before they are gone at lvls 1/6/11/16"), because securing jungle camps is harder in lategame
  3. If you really want spirits to act as pets for allies, you could make it work like Ivern's buff sharing: after killing a camp, a spirit stays there, and first ally(that has no pet already) can walk there and a spirit will follow him for some time.

I like the spirit/jungle camp idea, but rather than this pokemon style release abilities, think more about having abilities that can be augmented by the camps she has killed. for instance, lets say she has a dash move, and upon killing the raptors, she now can cast the dash, then have increased movement speed for a short duration afterwards. Then lets say the ult, like all the rest of the abilities has a base damage and function output, but it gets augmented by epic monster kills. Say she recently killed dragon, her ult now does a unique animation enhancement, but now also reduces the targets armor, and makes them more susceptible to damage. or if she gets the Baron kill, her ults damage is increased by a very large margin, and gains something else. Like make all the abilities reflect certain characteristic of the things she has killed kinda deal.

i think her w needs changed. imagine a game where u dont get a scuttle all game and its a dead ability. there shouldnt be an ability where it could be impossible to use all game

Well luckily the photo itself seems to be a popular pick, so even if the concept is unpolished it'll still get upvotes, which means feedback. I remember back in the day somebody used that photo to make an Irelia / Jax champion, which was waaay too overloaded (basically just a better version of both mixed into a single champion), and it was even called out as being super unoriginal. Funny thing is that they took it down previously for negative reviews and it jumped from like -2 rating to +40 for some reason. I guess that tells you something about boards luck, 50% of the time ratings are pure luck depending on when you post.

As for her kit only thing I would say is probably best to give her some other abilities while she can't use a charge for W/R, otherwise you're stuck with only a Q ability. And Drag/Scuttle are quite a long cooldown. Not to mention drag is always a toss up between teams (wouldn't want a useless Moto without R on my team, probably flaming everyone at that point). It'd be great if WHILE she has a charge she gets a small buff, so she doesn't just instantly use it but has a bit more tactic in keeping/using the summons. E can pretty much just stay as is, since she can use it after every camp to get her posse going. For W/R though you can probably add in another damage ability and some mobile ability, if she is in the jungle then she'll need that to even try keeping up. Polished out she'd make a better support jungler than Ivern...
