Hey Summoners and Rioters,
I am posting this to make a suggestion.
My suggestion is a change to honor level manipulation. I suggest Riot let summoners purchase back their honor level. There should probably be limits on this potential change. This idea could be molded into something great. My idea benefits all if done correctly. The possibilities are endless.

Chembaron Yamada1 votesI wouldn't call it biased, but it is manipulative. If you want to make a representive poll for anything, then you should avoid negative questions and your question definitely is one.
Asking if someone would be opposed to the implementation is manipulating the poll. The most natural question here would be "do you want this to be implemented?". I know, it's not your fault that people don't read the question properly, but that's how a good poll is made. Many people don't actually read the question and "assume" that you are going to ask if they want this implemented.
People like this will falsify your poll and it might look like you want to manipulate the result in your favour if you ask a negative question like that. You should avoid that in the future, this poll here doesn't give any usable information, neither for you nor for Riot.
Chembaron Yamada4 votesIt would make the honour system losing its purpose, which is to reward sportsmanship and good behaviour. So no, in my opinion that definitely shouldn't be a thing. Honour is nothing you can buy, you have to deserve it by being a decent human being.

reba0422 votesThis would not work because LOL is a champion based free to play game. If you could but honor some of the free-to-play-ness and balance would be lost. Also honor resets, so people would be opposed to buying it. Why buy something that doesn't exist, and will be lost every so often?
