RUNES SHOULD BE IN GAME

Ok,

so i have had my fair share of frustration with runes. part of it is because it is in the client. runes should be in game. i switch them up constantly because riot wants you to pay extra per page. well, i say, get rid of the PAGES. STOP CHARGING FOR PAGES. LET US SET OUR RUNES IN GAME. it is a hassle because playing different champs and having to switch them up so fast in champ select, because you never know what champion you are going to play and different runes affect different champions better. it is annoying. let runes BE IN GAME. LET US SELECT RUNES IN GAME. PLEASE.
