Banned Summoner Names Gone Forever?
Hello,

Thanks

They get available after some time of inactivty on the account
I forgot the exact numbers but I think for lvl 30 (and above I guess) it is like 2 years? or 1 year? Can't remember right....
Anyway you can't just give the summoner name free as soon as the acc gets banned. Flase bans or protection bans will just be really annoying to deal with then.
Have a nice day

thanks for the response. i really like the effort you put into it. and you are totally right. thanks for the eye opener
Actually afaik it works different for permabanned accounts. Those names do not get unlocked as it is part of the punishment that the players loose this part of their account so they cant make a new one that would basicly be the exact same with name and all.
they have to get available at some point no?
Why have to?
well because some rad names are out there man :(
What if the name Blitzcrank is banned and you are a blitz main... you just give up all hopes? just like that?
I guess they don't have to but it would be nice if they did
Champ names are something different. THey are locked by riot by beeing on lv 1 accounts that never get namereset. Atleast it was that way partially due to lore, idk if they changed it after redconning summoners.
well then names like "Fizz on my Jayce"
Some names would be a bummer if they are banned for eternity
There are some sites that tell you how long a name has been inactive and how much more time it needs to be released
