Dark Military skin for a Swain?

I've called this skin "Third Riot Captain Swain" due to a lack of ideas and overall look of a typical SS commander (And I've watched Hellsing too much). What do you think if he actually got a skin with a dark long coat, scarf covering his face and a cap? Not a Nazi-themed skin of course, as it won't be accepted by many players, but one with color palette similar to a Creator Viktor.
