Champion Mastery Customization items

Posted a few days ago about legacy skins for max champ mastery. But also making it hard to reach max mastery. How about instead a few skin wide customization items. Like an armguard on all the Ashe skins you can equip similar to Dota 2 hero customization. Yes ? No? Let's discuss

Lol it is pretty cool. And would provide incentive for new players to master their favorite champs. That's something this game sorely needs.
