Exhaust not working on Keystone Masteries
Was playing as Liss vs Kat and even when i exhausted her, thunderlords degree still did full damage. Is this intended or not? Seems kind of dumb.

To clarify, OP was Liss, Exhausted Kat, but Kat's Thunderlord's procced and still did full damage.
I assume, anyway. But if so, that is a good question. Thunderlord's is non-true damage and does seem like it should be reduced.
does exahust count as an ability? isn't thunderlords just damaging abilities too?
But see you exhausted Kat and thunderlords damage comes from the Summoner directing Kat... Oh wait nevermind.
