Dear Meddler,

i know you guys are buisy working on new champion and have problems of your own. i am also sure that at some point you will, if you have not already explore this section for inspiration on the next champion. my question is simple, what is the best structure for us, the players, to give you the champion. just a theme, just lore, basic abilities, conception of a new mechanic.

i would really appreciate an answer regarding this subject.

I recall seeing an article somewhere where a Riot employee basically said they can't/don't/won't take a full Champion concept from the community. It might be fun, but it isn't actually going to happen, as far as I understand.
