what if (Heimer)dinger could repair his turrets?

he's a genius inventor right? surely he would know a way to repair his own turrets so he wouldn't have to make new ones every time. so what if he could repair his turrets in the field? by right clicking on a turret he would use 10 mana to repair 50% of a turret's health. (which with quick math equals 20 mana for a full heal and is the same cost as a brand new turret) the good thing about repairing turrets is you are still generating turret kits and you'll have them on hand rather than wasting them during the heat of battle.
