The changes that didnt change much

I'm not mad or anything since no changes have been made since the beginning of the season but it seems that the buff they gave the drakes with the dragon soul bonuses kinda negates the fact that the two herald spawn, now the focus on top is still close to none and bot is constantly under pressure because they can't contest 4v2's even with a lead
