Debonair Kennen

Just wanted to bring some awareness for skin possibilities since it seems he's quite forgotten about these days. While a Blood Moon Kennen skin sounds absolutely fantastic as well (with fireworks or a moonlit based ult with lightning strikes), a Debonair/Fancy Kennen could be a nice new skin for the Yordle. Poor Kennen hasn't gotten a skin since 2011.

Just a thought and awareness for Kennen. Your thoughts? xD
