@ Riot - Are new skins for Kennen, Sion, Swain, etc still of a priority for this year?

Firstly I am very impressed by the amount of skins Riot brings out each patch as all have a great thematic and design. However, I just can't help but notice that some champions are left with little to no updates or skins for years to come. is my main champ and he hardly feels acknowledged in the game anymore as I haven't seen anything new for the yordle since his texture update with all the other champions since early 2015. His latest skin was also Arctic OPs back in December 2011.

And it's not just for Kennen either... there's also , , , , etc who also lack skins for quite a while now. Though it's hard to say with Swain since it was recently confirmed that he would be getting a revamp by next year (so this would place him alongside Taric, Yorick and Urgot - all of which won't get new skins till their reworks are complete).

I apologize if I sound demanding as I truly appreciate the work put into the game...though it would be nice to see some love or even some notice to these champions instead of seeing constant yearly skins for certain champions. Yes, characters like Sona, Ahri, etc are popular - but it feels disappointing to look upon the PBE updates every once in a while and see no Kennen/Sion/Swain/Cass etc skins while others get yearly skins and constant updates.

I do remember asking a Rioter earlier late last year about Kennen getting an update and it was said that he was still viable for a new skin. Though I really do hope to know if Kennen will be getting something new whether it be a new splash or skin anytime soon. It's been just so long for him and several other champions. Sion got his rework over a year ago and he still lacks a new skin while Trist quickly got a new skin after her update.

Thanks for reading - it just feels rather upsetting to see my favourite Yordle shafted behind for all these years. He doesn't even have a Blood Moon skin that his fellow ninjas of the Kinkou Order ( + ) have. Additionally, both of the other two ninjas got splash art updates recently while Kennen has yet to get a new splash since his release. Two of his legacy skins are recolours at best at this point and it would be nice to see him getting some particle changes for a skin.

I understand that it's no easy task to give all the champions a skin as soon as possible within the game...though it has been quite some time since these champions have seen some love and I'm sure that the players who use them would truly appreciate some new things for our favourite champions.
