Revival of Ceecee. The Solid Engineer
So I recently heard about the Champion Ceecee, or Braum's orginal concept. It really is a shame that they couldn't make her work the way they wanted her to but she is still a champion that could easily fit in at the league. You just have to design her kit a bit differently.
The numbers are basically just place holders so you get an under standing of how they will work. When I really looked at it, she seemed rather underpowered.
Passive: Stable Body Suit For ever 10 BONUS attack damage, Ceecee gains 1 magic resist and 1 armor.
Q: Shield stomp Ceecee can leap up to a range of 650 before falling down and doing 100/150/250/300/350 + .4 TOTAL attack damage in a 200 radius. If laned in a coin shaped center she also stuns for 1/1/1.25/1.25/1.5 seconds and does 4% targets max health (400 cap vs monsters)
W: Inspired UPGRADE! Passive part: Ceecee's shield gets an improvement and protects her against incoming attack from the front. 5% reduced damage when attacking Ceecee from the front. Active: Ceecee can overclock or downgrade a tower. Chaning it's armor by 5/10/15/20/25 for 5 seconds.
E: Battering Ram. Ceecee swings her hextech workbench so hard that is knocks back all enimies (unless baron or the enimie as more armor in which she gets knocked back from them) They are then stunned for .5 seconds while dealing 125/175//250/300/350 + .7 BONUS Attack damage.
R: Tower Defense. Ceecee places her workbench on it's head before turning it into a tower. The tower has one half of the stats of the outer/inner/nexus turret but 3/4 the range. Ceecee loses the reduced damage because she no longer has her shield but gains a small health regen bonus near the tower. Her tower can not target normal turrets but can target Azir's while being able to be targeted by every other unit.
Lore: Ceecee is an adept engineer who always doubted herself and her abilities when she was young. She saw all the wondrous inventions that were made with each passing day and belived that she could never make something as wonderful as the great inventors. One moment almost shattered her dreams when she was participating in her school science fair. She had made a prototype of her Protective Hextech Workbench, P.E.W. Her station was outshined by all the ones around it. She later started to pack up her things before a tall figure asked her to stop. He complimented her on her design and effort before asking what fuels the device. She explained how she used a green fuel source so the figure said "Try using this" and handed her a red crystal. She went home after the science fair and didn't even get a place but as soon as she got to her house, she went straight into her garage to replace the old fuel source with the newly acquired crystal. As soon as she hooked it up her device instantly sprung to life and then she got to work making sure it was stable and wouldn't react dangerously. She then looked to Vi and Jayce who joined the League of Legends and used their inventions as their way to fight and show their power so Ceecee made the travel after she Graduated from highschool to join the League of Legends and show off her engineering capability.
I wanted to have a drawling of Ceecee that I made and an idea for a skin but it came out bad so I scraped it. You can find the original by right by searching "Ceecee League of Legends" and the skin concept was Dryaid Ceecee.
