I want to know if anyone believe they have recieved chat restrictions unfairly and what excatly was said in the game because I have been hearing people get insane chat restriction from one game when the worst they said was that the game was over and if the team wanted to surrender. Just in a defeated attitude for a game that was way far lost and at end game he received chat restrictions immediately. We didn't even report him.
Well, I had a friend visit who logged into his smurf. A Chat restriction card opened and he went totally nuts like "what, no! I didn't say anything bad, I didn't even flame!"
We then went through the logs together and he wrote things like "bastard" and "piece of shit" a lot. Against the enemy because they camped him and not against his teammates but still, this is not acceptable.
People who say they are "innocent" are hiding something most of the time.

Reform cards don't show every game a player was reported in. It just gives a sample.
Minor offenses build up. Instead of a big rock (i.e. blatent racism), they are trickles of sand. Some might fall off over time, but eventually the pile of sand weighs the same as the rock and tips the scales.
People don't get chat restricted over 1 game. They just think they get restricted over 1 game cos the reform card shows them 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior, doesn't mean they were punished for 1 game alone.
I challenge those people that are chat restricted to send in a support ticket and ask them how many games were considered in their punishment. Most people get surprised by the answer.
The only way you could have had a 34 game restriction is if the system glitched and handed out a 10 and 25 at the same time. In which case, only one of those penalties would have been unjustified and reversed.
No, it's really easy to not get chat restricted and banned.
In my experience it takes quite a lot to get chat restricted, so no, I don't think chat restrictions are handed out too freely.
Yeah. It's happened to me and some of my friends that we get queued with trolls, call them out in a way that's negative, but most people wouldn't consider that bad ("you fed my laner," "stop trolling"), and get chat restricted. If the system flags you, you're fucked. End of story.
