Loading Screen CONSTANTLY Freezing

This has been a one out of four games experience kind of thing that is ENTIRELY frustrating because some change they've made to the client makes it so that the game is always on top and I can't don't fucking anything if it freezes except restart my whole computer and get put as a leaver. This NEEDS to be fixed as soon as possible because this is entirely unacceptable that I'm gonna be punished because of client issues.
