The fog of death

introduction this is me giving champion designing a try again name:Priscilla title:The Fog of death
Affiliation(city state she is from):Noxus Main Class: Assassin subclass(s): Jungler/Support/duelist lanes intended: mid lane Or Jungle or bot lane support or top Passive: Murder of the misty night in an area around her is a fog reducing the vision range of every enemy around her this means wards as well the fog surrounds her in a range of 500.Enemies who are in the fog take 5/6/10% increased damage from her and she is immune to effects that give specific vision on her so lets say she is hit by Q or his W or Ults she will not be seen by their effects this is not a true invisibility as you can see her in area that have wards or champions and monsters around she is harder to see so she gets a sorta semi Invisibility like when gets close to you but only if she is within range of the fog she gains 50% increased movement speed in the fog area she can command her fog to move wherever you click the fog takes some time to get to its location she gains 25/50/75% increased attack speed as long as she is in battle in the fog. this bonus is lost as soon as she exits the fog or if she is not in combat for a certain time.

Q Rusty dagger she throws three Blades in a direction dealing 50/60/70/90 plus 80% bonus AD physical damage and slowing a target applying on hit effects like crit and lifesteal targets take increased damage for each blade they are hit by and if the target is hit by all three blades they are stunned and targets hit have grevious wounds applied to them

W Sinister repair she has a certain degree of mastery over surgery from her dark past healing a target allied champion by 10% missing health and a flat amount equal to 30% of her total AD

E Misty assault she dashes in direction dealing 50 physical damage plus 15/25/35/45% of her total AD to the first target hit by this spell.this spell has a 2 second cooldown when in the fog

R hunger for flesh passively as part of her survival instincts she heals eats the flesh of her enemies healing herself for 50% of the damage she deals with auto attacks

Lore so far: Priscilla survived the streets of noxus by abandoning her human self as a little girl and killing unsuspecting people and feasting on their flesh.as a child she was abandoned by her mother she wishes to go back to her mother she apporaches women who are alone and calls them mother.they all turn her away and go about their daily lives.a fog then deccends on them sometimes even with nameless bystandareds still around a few moments is all it takes before for screams erupt from the mysterious fog cloud.people who go in never come back out alive and those who do come out alive remember nothing of what happend in it.after the fog dissapears all thats left is the corps of the woman completely disected and missing the womb.on rainy foggy nights people can hear her cries as she longs for the mother that abandoned her.
