There was talk about seasons zyra, zyra and her plants would start the game with a random season and after every 5 minutes, her model and her plants' model would change depending on the next season. Katey discussed a lot about it with people on the forum , I'm just waiting

Only interesting one to me is candy land Annie. Goes great with Lollipoppy and GUMMY BEAR TIBBERS IS AMAZING. The others are either random or look like existing skins copy pasted onto other champs.

The Forbidden set disturbed me.

But I thought Trick'r Treat Ziggs and Pale Moon Circus Teemo were great concepts. The rest were alright at best.

While Teemo may have many skins, I'd love to see a skin that actually changes his fur colour and as well as particle changes. The circus Teemo skin looks very fun. xD

Riot won't take skin idea's from the community because they are afraid of law suits etc. Look up jade dragon vi, an AMAZING skin they seriously needs to be added into the game..

Atronautilus, Void Fizz and Super Galaxy Rumble as well. Deep Sea Nami also appears to have several concepts from fan designs for a darker themed Nami skin.

Jade Dragon Vi could be a possibility someday in the future; however, I believe the concept was only recently added. Wouldn't be surprised if Riot gets ideas for many other skins from the forums; however, implementing them into the game with animations and time constraints could also be another matter as to why only some of the most interested concepts with potential are made into real skins while many others are overlooked.

They can take ideas or be inspired by fanmade skin ideas, but they won't/legally can't just straight up implement the fan concept into the game, as is. I think that this is what Bagguette was trying to say.

Just to make it clear, iterating on concepts is also (a must) part of the process, so even if they were toying with Mattcom's Pool Party Ziggs fan concept as is, it's almost inevitable that the idea will change, possibly significantly, throughout development. :P

Why would they be afraid of lawsuits? Every piece of League of Legends are can be used by them in any way shape or form, and same for any other person in the community without ANY credit (Although its nice too).

If you've read there TOS it clearly states this.

I don't get River Spirit Zyra. Zyra's thematic is a living forest - not water. That would be like saying "Project Zyra" or "Dark Star Zyra" would be awesome concepts. No doubt about it but so misplaced and way out of character.

Perhaps a fitting theme for her would be Blackthorn or Elderwood Zyra? Elderwood LeBlanc is already a pixie (afairy) so Zyra being some magical, elder being that commands the ancient forests would be a more appropriate skin for her?

Her thematic is closely tied to contininental flora, not underwater flora. She gives off a strong forest vibe, not seaweed vibe.

They absolutely need to have correlation to the champion you're making a skin for. I can request and want my Dark Star Zyra, but space and black hole thematic doesn't fit her because there are no plants in space and making this one up would be a stretch and probably wouldn't even look good because it's not her at all.

Correction, they never use community fan art. They DO however occasionally accept/use the concept. They did this with Pool Party Ziggs and a few others.
