[ REWORK] Soraka the Aspect of Life
I think
is in need of some work,not because she's overpowered or unhealthy to the core,but because enemies could use more windows of opportunity to punish her if she messes up,while Soraka players could use more windows of power.
One of the main problems I think she has that in order to be a dedicated healer,her healing shouldn't be monopolized just in her W . I love
,but having so much power in one point and click ability is too much for any champions kit ( be it healing,damage or what ever). Next, I think her resource/s should function more like
. If you ever played
( I hope this isn't because I suck so hard ) that her mana costs are pretty high later on. In lane you can manage them thanks to Manaflowband+ Coin/Spell thieve's ,but midgame after a longer fight you're left with low mana. Another goal is to make her heavily manage her resource. Spamming should make her oom.
Sadly, my rework is bit more complex than her kit currently is.
Passive: Celestial's Compassion [ REWORKED ] ** Soraka's healing and shielding abilities apply ˝_Salvation** _˝. Stacks of ˝Salavtion˝ increase their bonus health for 25/40/55 ( +20% AP ) decaying over 2 seconds.Stacks up to 3 times,but additional cast don't refresh the duration. Soraka also gains 40% MS for 2 seconds towards each allies with a stack of ˝Salvation˝ globally . NOTES -> Bonus HP is not increased by S&H power
Q: Starcall
Soraka calls a falling star at the target location.Dealing magic damage and slowing enemies hit. If Soraka hit's a champion she applies _Rejuvination to herself.
If Soraka hit's both an enemy and an ally , the ally or allies have ˝Rejuvination˝ applied to them.
NOTES
->Rejuvination works differently on Soraka and her allies.
-> Rejuvination no longer transfers to allies via Soraka's heals.

E: Equinox [ REWORKED ] Soraka charges for 1 seconds,during the charge Soraka is unable to attack or cast abiltiies.After the delay Soraka erupts in an AoE around her,silencing enemies,if Soraka hit's an enemy,she and allies caught in the AoE gain a brief burst of movement speed. AoE 355 CD 18/17.5/17/16.5/16 seconds Mana cost 70 mana Damage 80/105/130/155/170(+50 % AP) magic damage Silence duration: 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5 seconds Speed buff: 40% MS decaying over 2 seconds.
R: Wish Upon Stars ** [ REWORKED ]**
Soraka targets an area globally. After a delay ray of starlight hits the target area. Dealing magic damage to enemies ,healing allies and marking the AoE . For 3 seconds allies standing in the area are made immune to _Grievous Wounds _ . At the end of the duration, all allies are healed again.
Range GLOBAL
AoE 200 --> 600
Delay 0.5 -- 4 seconds depending on the distance
CD _160/145/130 _ ---> 140/120/100 seconds
Mana cost 125 mana
Damage 150/200/250(+ 35% AP )
First heal: 125/180/235 (+20%AP)
Second heal: 100/125/150 (+10% AP) ->If allies are below 75% HP the second heal's base is doubled,if the allies are below 30% HP the second base heal triples.
_BRIEF CLOSING STATEMENT _ The goal is to keep Soraka as the Queen of Healing in LoL ,but reduce her ˝instant healing˝ so enemies have more windows to punish her or her allies. The reworked E is meant to make Soraka and allies stick together if they want to be saved,but also make Soraka come close to enemies in order to save her allies and not just sit at the back line.
