This is my first try to make champion. I imagine him like very bad alone, but very good together. I am bad at english and i am using google translator. Don't be angry for mistakes. He is melee champion and his main role is assassin. By this, i mean he is like ADC, but he is melee.

#Abilities

Passive: The Crown At the start of the game, you have special unique item. You can use this item to augment one friendly champion (this augmentation lasts until that champion is killed). Augmented champion gains 10% of your attack damage, ability power, health regen and mana regen while within 800 units range to you. When augmented champion dies, then The Crown drops to the ground. Any friendly champion, except you, can pick it up by walking over it and become augmented. While on ground, The Crown is visible to your whole team. If no champion picks it up for 80 seconds, then it will return to your base and appears nearby your fountain.

Passive: Taking Back The Crown When champion augmented by The Crown loses 50% or more health over 3 sec or faster, then you gain special charge, which will be used on the next ability use. This charge augments your abilities allowing you to take revenge when enemies hurt your friends. |Cooldown: 35 seconds| |Range: 600|

Passive: Tag Team When friendly champion augmented by The Crown stuns, knocks airborn, roots in place, suppress or fears enemy champion, then you can instantly teleport to that enemy champion, if you are within range. This effects triggers only while enemy champion is suffering from crown control effect and can be triggered only on that champion. |Range: 600|

Passive: Perfect Duo When you teleport to an enemy champion via Tag Team effect, you mark that enemy for 1 sec. If allied champion augmented by The Crown attacks in melee range with a basic attack that enemy champion, then mark get triggered causing you both to instantly perform combined attack, so that each of you deal 125% of normal damage and switch places with each other.

Q: Crypt Claws Your next basic attack will perform double attack. Each hit deals 60 / 65 / 75 / 80 / 85% of normal basic attack damage + 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+ 25% of AP) physical damage. These attack triggers all on hit effects and can be critical, but critical attack deals only 135% of normal damage. This ability counts as a basic attack.

If this ability kills an enemy minion, then heal yourself for 10% of damage done to it.

Passive: increase healing taken from friendly champions by 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30%.

Augmented: automatically triggers Tag Team on any target regardless of enemy's status.

Legends never die: always heal you for 10% of damage done and deal bonus magic damage equal to 35% of enemy's armor.

W: Terror Curtains Create magical curtains at targeted location. Curtains lasts for 3 seconds. Allies moving through curtains become invisible for 1 second. Enemies moving through curtains get their movement speed reduced by 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% for 1 second.

If you move through curtains, then you become invisible for 3 seconds and get your movement speed increased by 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14% (+ 1% per 40 of AP) for 2 seconds. If friendly champion augmented by The Crown moves through curtains, then he will get same effects as you.

Passive: when there are 2 or more enemy champions nearby (you need to have vision on them), your basic attack from bush (and stealth) gains 350 bonus range causing you to jump to your target. If you kill an enemy via this jump attack, then you additionally jump back into the bush (or your curtains, if you use this out of stealth). You can not be targeted while jumping.

Augmented: when curtains spawn, they will fear nearby enemies for 2 sec.

Legends never die: increase radius of curtains by 50 and when friendly champion moves though curtains, shrunk them for 2 sec allowing them to ignore unit collision and reduce AOE damage they take for 30%.

E: Snatch and Mace Launch shadow hands in front of you (no target ability). First enemy hit suffers 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 30% of AD) (+ 55% of AP) magic damage and gets blinded for 1.5 seconds.

Every time you kill an enemy minion, damage of this ability gets increased by 2. Every time friendly champion augmented with The Crown kills an enemy minion, damage of this ability gets increased by 1.

Passive: this projectile moves 100% faster while used from stealth or from bush.

Augmented: shadow hands hits unlimited number of enemies and blind duration gets increased to 2.5 sec.

Legends never die: first enemy hit becomes cursed for 4 sec. While cursed, all physical damage he takes gets instantly transformed into magic damage.

|Range: 900| |Mana cost: 50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70| |Cooldown: 8 seconds|

R: Legends Never Die Start gathering shadows while channeling (you still can move, attack and use abilities while channeling). While channeling you slowly build defensive and offensive powers, decreasing damage taken form 0% to 30 / 35 / 40% and increasing damage done from 0% to 5 / 7.5 / 10%. After you finish channeling, you gain these fully built bonuses for another 4 / 5 / 6 seconds. In addition, your abilities gain bonus effects while you are under effect of this ability.

If you kill an enemy champion while under effect of this ability, then duration of this ability gets extended by 4 seconds. Assists extend duration of this ability by 1.5 seconds.

Using this ability automatically grants one charge of Taking Back The Crown without triggering its cooldown.

#Abilities explanations

Passive Similar to Kalista item, but if you have support, then when he dies, other team mate can pick it up. This item is very important for early and mid game, because that is the vision of me i want this champion to be. Also, when you use it up, even if friendly champion gets killed, The Crown will be left on the ground as a buff, so it won't take space in your inventory. It is very important of whole melee adc fantasy, so i made it so that buff could be passed to other team mates, if your support rage quit or just dies for no reason. Also, other important part is Taking Back The Crown buff which augments your Q, W or/and E, but for one use only (then it goes on cooldown). If your support goes for a poke and overextends or gets pulled, you rush to help him and this buff will help you to do so. I designed it with an idea, that if your team mate needs sudden help, then this effect proc and you can help him with either teleport, AOE fear or multi-target blind.

Q Double attack to do significant damage. If you fighting against poke heavy enemy team, then try to only last hit minions to gain some health back stay a bit longer in the lane. Passive also increase a little bit how long you can stay in lane and farm, because with no healing melee champion will gets poked hard and forced out of lane very fast. Old augment effect was jump with invulnerability, but i replaced with instant teleport via procing Tag Team on enemy target within 600 unit range. This might be a little better. Also, while on R effect (Legends never die) this ability offers a little bit more sustain and lets to deal more damage against tanks. There is many champion who builds tanky and are hard to kill, especially for melee champions with low sustain, so to compensate for that, this R gives some ways to deal with tanks.

W Active part is simple: go through curtains and become invisible. You and your support become invisible for 3 seconds, other team mates for 1 second. Now passive part is something which add a little more way to stay in lane and farm against poke heavy enemies. He is melee champion, so he needs mobility and ways to farm safely, so this ability gives that. R affected part confuses some people. There effect who increase size of champions making them more tanky. This effect reduce size of champions making them more nimble.

E Reduced number on this ability to make it less strong. It offers some skill with no target damage if enemy tries to run away trough bush and is good to use against enemies who engages on you. Stacking part is also a bit confusing. It means, that every minion kill you make after you unlocked this ability, increase damage of it. For AD build, that is not bad damage, and even better if enemies do not try to deny farm (they are range, you are melee, they should deny much much farm). However, for AP build this is very important, because this is only no target long range ability to do damage. With 200 minion kills this ability gives 400 bonus damage, and that is important damage for AP build, if players decides to go AP.

R Got to rewrite this whole ability. I am bad at english, sorry. This ability works like this. At first rank it channels for 3 seconds. Every second you gain 10% damage taken reduction and 1.66% damage increase. After 3 seconds this ability reaches it maximum point/ builds to maximum buff giving 30% damage taken reduction and 5% damage done increase. After that, these bonuses remains for another 4 seconds. At third rank, everything happens the same, but now channeling happens over 1 second, you fully build bonuses are 40% and 10%, and they lasts for 6 seconds. Whole R duration is always 7 seconds, but how fast it gains maximum power, how high maximum power is and how long you keep maximum power is different with each rank.

#Story

Before Resurrection When he was alive, his name was Julius Lightshield. He was part of royal family of Demacia, but was not destined to be the ruler of it. This happened, because his mother wasn't royal and his uncle was the king, so his cousin was put into the throne. Unknown to many, from his father side, his great grandmother was an angel (like Kayle); from his mother side, his grandfather was a Darkin. These two blood lines never mixed before and the only creation of this union was Julius.

From the young age, Julius shown strange talent for even stranger magic. He killed and reanimated frogs, augment things with unusual powers, created phantoms and done many other bizarre things. His father tried to hide his son from the public as much as he could, but you can't hide your secrets forever.

When Julius got older, he decided to become the king. He bribed some people, threatened others, done anything he can, to become next king, but his plants were crushed, when current king learned about what his cousin was doing. Julius was judged as a traitor and sentenced to death.

Many years have passed, Demacia forgot about Julius. However, his graved was robbed and Julius' remains was taken by Noxus' spies. They decided to resurrect traitorous prince and use him as their pawn against Demacia. To resurrect Julius, spies took his remains to Shadow Isles and there they performed a ritual to resurrect him.

In The Underworld While dead, Julius' soul was sent into underworld. There he should have been punished for his crimes, but that didn't happened. His magic and soul was stranger than most. In the underworld he possessed the power to bend the will of demons, making them his slaves. He ate and absorbed many wicked souls. becoming even stronger entity.

There were many difficult obstacles in his way: powerful demons, endless deserts, impossible mountains, rivers of lave, but nothing stopped Julius. He moved through underworld creating even bigger army of demons and becoming even stronger.

There he set his mind on becoming king of the underworld, but to his surprise, he got another chance to become king of human world. His resurrection was nearly perfect, but all that darkness and wicked powers he accumulated in the underworld followed him. His new flesh was corrupted by evil powers, thus instead of gaining his original body back, he got something different. Not human, not angel, not darkin, not demon, not undead, because he is all of them at the same time. He have all their strengths, but none of their weaknesses.

Alive Again When resurrected, he questioned spies. After Julius learned about what happened to the world, how much time have passes and current affairs happening in Valoran, he killed everyone nearby and set sails back to the mainland. He had no need for his old name, so he kept the name he got in the underworld - Unfallen.

Now he spends his time searching for clues of how to summon his demon army into this world. He is relentless, he never sleeps, never eats and never stops, because there is nearly nothing which could stop him. Still, he isn't immortal, nor he is invincible. He have weaknesses, so until the demon army arrives, he tries to keep low profile. Moves from place to place only during night, leave no witnesses behind, carefully planing his return to the throne, but this time, he is planing to become king of the whole world.

Monologue Ohh, how i missed this, the land which sent me into eternal torment. Too bad, that didn't work. Isn't it nice? Mother Demacia, your boy returned to you, but just look at me. I am every dark secret, every dark desire dwelling inside of you. I am beautiful representation of your dark side, all corrupted and vile. And yes, i am in love with myself. Mother, you should know best, that you are always wrong. Why i was born as a prince? Why i haven't been chosen to become the king? Why i was killed? It is because you love yourself, you love your twisted sense of justice. You wage wars against everyone and everything which doesn't agree with you. You are self-centered, arrogant, ignorant and disgusting pile of garbage, and i love you the way you are. You are the one and only for me, so i will crush you last. Ohh, how i wait the moment despair will fill you, from simple people to the highest nobles. Your son have returned, but lets not rush for our reunion. Let me grown bigger, i wanna hug you all around from front to back, from left to right. I missed you, did you miss me? You are mine to take.

It's...a thing?

Nothing you have on this champion actually matches with your concept of an assassin. Your champion theme does not logically follow with the idea of a support. You have here a guy who has no idea what he's doing at all, scratching his head twice in confusion while his world goes to hell around him.

I'd pick apart some of your abilities, but the entire kit as a whole is a jumbled mess that doesn't form a coherent champion. Figure out first what you actually want to do, then go look at other champions in that class and see how they do their job. After that, THEN start working on your abilities.

The W is neat, if nothing else.

Unfallen, the Risen Prince... but if he is "unfallen" then he hasn't fell, and therefore cannot rise? Bit contradictory

Don't know if the name is intentional or caused by the translator, but it sounds pretty bad.

His passive is interesting, but I think it warrants some changes:

  1. It doesn't need to be an item and could just appear near the fountain, similiarly to when it returns.
  2. The buff seems to force you towards a support role, but is a bit weak early and could become annoying late game.
  3. It also provides a lot of power without gameplay and has no counterplay.
  4. The revenge tool feels unfair as it gives you a boost in power when your allies get bursted (Punishing the enemy for doing their job and rewarding you for not helping your carry)

Q: Double attack and sustain... The passive is OP with Soraka in your team though... W: Turning a champion that shouldn't have stealh invisible is a pretty bad idea in my opinion (especially since it isn't limited on one) Counterplay ? E: Does it stack when you kill enemies with this ability or with every kill ? Regardless it seems pretty broken combined with the ally bonus. R: Pretty huge resistance and damage boost... Reminds me a bit of Alistar

The concept seems a bit unfocused on what your champion provides to the game

Pasive: I don´t think it´s a good thing that the connection with an ally can be changed after the death of this ally. Also a strange passive for an Assassine/Fighter. It feels more like an Support passive. Could be to strong if you are able to teleport to enemy if an augmented ally has stunned/... him.

Q: Feels a bit like Xin´s Q(better autoattacks) and E(jump to an enemy). Also :

Augmented: increase range of this ability, causing you to jump to your target and become invulnerable to all damage and crown control effects for 1 second after landing.

I think this is a bit to strong.

E: If the damage he gets by killing a minion, is permanent, this ability is also to strong for someone with a gap closer.

The connection to an ally is strange for a champ, who is supposed to be an Assassine/Fighter. Think over the passive again and aslong he has mobility I would remove the permanent damage bonus on his E.

Interesting Idea! Its difficult to follow at some places because of the google translate haha but no worries I think I understood most of it. The passive has a whole lot of affects.

Passive: I think the support should choose who to give the crown to - even if he was allowed to change it. In most games, there would be trolls who would take the crown and ruin his support mechanics for no reason. It would just be easier if that didn't happen. I like the tag team affect alot - really makes it so he would have some engage potential with his support, since he is against a ranged champion, he would struggle without some good gap closing ability. Perfect Duo is ok except I think it would cause more problems than help if he was switching places with his ally. The damage buff is good, but the switching places just seems unnecessary and potentially problematic.

Q: I dont understand how he can have an "augmented" affect if he cannot pick up the crown himself. Do you mean if he is within a certain distance of an augmented ally? There might be too many affects on this ability. Healing for 35% of the damage dealt is already strong, dealing magic damage equal to enemy armor is incredibly strong also, even without the 10% heal on top of it. Increased healing from allies is also very strong. I would choose one of those passive effects and remove the others.

W: Another cool idea. I like the combo of stealthing you and an ally while slowing an enemy. The range of his next auto attack is good, but instead of making it from a bush, I would make it from his stealth affect. That was when he passes through the curtain, he gets one extended attack, and teleports back to the curtain. It makes more sense and reminds me less of Rengar. I dont understand the "legends never die" part, but I would just remove it and keep the ability with less parts.

E: This ability is very strong, and I'm not sure if it works well with his other abilities. I would again remove the "legends never die" affect - because an ability with infinite damage scaling has the potential to one shot someone, and adding a root affect to it is too strong. I would probably also remove the blind affect, and just keep the speed of the projectile passive. O_O I also just saw that the damage of the ability is increased by 3 if an augmented champion kills a minion. That should be removed. Imagine playing in lane as a support on this champion, while your adc kills minions and you sit int he bush, you would suddenly emerge with 600 damage on your E. That ability needs to only scale when you kill minions, not when your ally does.

R: For the R, I would need to see what the bonus affects are before I could give an honest review.

First off, I'm not so sure how his general them fits with his skills, but I REALLY, REALLY like that crown mechanic. The entire kit and parts of the passive are a bit confusing, and I think in general a bit too overloaded with things, but that crown mechanic is great and I was wishing it was utilized a bit more in his active skills.

His E is way too overpowered, and I can see it dealing half of an enemy's health mid-late game. The base damage is already pretty high and so are the ratios, especially with both and AD and AP ratio.

I think it would be cool if the E somehow interacted with his W, it would be like a jump scare out of a curtain sort of feel. :D

Overall I think his kit would benefit from a better sense of synergy and identity, but it does have some really cool concepts throughout it.

Sorry I took so long getting to this review, here we go!

Passive Whoa, there's a lot going on here. Overall it's neat, but there has to be a way to trim some of the text down. Also, I understand that you're wanting to make a botlane melee champion, but your reliance on another champion being near you is a bit much. This kind of feature would be more prevalent on a support champion instead of a carry champion. Anyone who played with this champion on their team would instantly know that someone would have to be within 600 range of him at all times for him to be useful. There's a lot of potential here, but I'm just not sure this fits a carry champion.

Q The active part is really solid, nice double hit mechanic. However, the passive doesn't make sense at all on this ability; why would this ability make him more receptive to healing? The augmented part is too overloaded, I'd keep the range increase but the invulnerability has got to go. The Legends Never Die passive works, synergizes with the ability and rewards you for using it effectively.

W This is my favorite ability in the kit, a fun way to introduce a stealth mechanic to the character. However, the ability to potentially stealth your entire team is too much. I'd rearrange some of the power between the regular ability, the augmented, and the Legends Never Die portions. There's a lot going on there, but I think you could really make this shine with just a few tweaks. Nicely done!

E The stacking damage on this is way too strong, it would get out of hand in a hurry. Even if you were terribad at CSing, the damage on this thing would get crazy. If you're dead set on keeping it, knock the numbers back, but honestly this character has so much going on already that a stacking mechanic really doesn't belong. Otherwise this ability works pretty well mechanically; I like the interaction with stealth, good job there.

R I'm confused by the first part of this ability. There's a channel time that supposedly increases the power of the ult, but there is no indication of what exactly it's powering up. Also, the channel time decreases as you level the ability up, which would mean it gets weaker, and that makes no sense. Maybe something was lost in translation there, but right now it's just confusing. The damage increase and reduction are ok, although not very interesting. Of course, this ability's biggest part is how it affects the other abilities, which for the most part is ok.

Final Thoughts I see a really cool idea in this champion, he just needs some work and polish to make it really functional. I see a lot of AP ratios on his kit, which is fine, but it leaves him very little reason to build AD, which he'll need to take down objectives (namely towers). Also, he feels far more like a fighter or a mage than an assassin. Don't get discouraged, this champion has a lot of promise! [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
