We already have Gragas as walking obese joke.
And women look like a zillion times worse with that weight. Not sure why, maybe because woman on the other hand can also be pretty while that aspect is mostly ignored with males? Anyways, obesity is not aesthetic, especially not on the female body.
Also, creating a champ for diversities sake will never happen. That's an approach doomed to fail.
