Where are every twitch skins?
i'm a twitch main ( a new one) and i want a skin on him. so i remember those skins; vandal and ssw. and i loved them. why were they removed and will they ever come back?if yes, when?

They're special event skins iirc. SSW will come back around worlds-ish. Not sure about vandal.
SSW Twitch was a theme based skin on the Winners for Worlds. Usually that means they'd re-release the skins around that time. But last year they did release the past Winning-Theme skin about early summer i believe. i cant really remember.
As for Vandal, it was put in the Vault mainly because it is an "Old" skin and much more detailed skins have come out for him so there is no use in having it in the Store since most people wouldnt buy it when there are better skins. Skins placed in the Vault usually dont come out till they do some huge sale and basically re open the Vault for skins to be bought. When that will be is anyone guess.
All in all do note that the skins in question are "Legacy" Skins and as such are able to be gotten through Mystery Gifting. So you can always try your luck with that!
Vandal Twitch is a Legacy skins. They will occasionally bring it out for sale but who knows when. You can also get it anytime from a mystery gift (it cost 975RP, over the threshold).
