What if Illaoi was a bruiser?

Illaoi has had a lackluster release, so what if she was changed into a bruiser? Her ult could do less damage but let the tentacles slown on hit. Also you could give her a reduced tentacle spawn rate during the time where her tentacles cant die. Maybe with her W the tentacles that slam down do less damage but root the target. She would provide a lot more for the team when her ult is on cool down while making her ult more reliable and unique.
