I'm not sure if its a bug but I haven't gotten a key fragment in somewhere over 100 games of league, i was getting them pretty frequently at first but then i just stopped getting them all together one day. Anyone else having problems?

Just want to help clarify some things about key drop rates:
Key drop rates are NOT linear and only wins have a chance of dropping a key. So you will earn key fragments much faster in your earlier wins than you will in your later wins. Or said another way, each incremental key fragment drop is harder than the last (on average... there is variance). This resets on a monthly basis for each player individually. The goal is to create a nice ebb and flow.
Grade does NOT impact key drop chance.
Premades DO increase drop chance.
Chests earned has no impact on key drop chance.
There is variance and randomness (with limits). It's unlikely that what happened to your friend will happen to you.

I'm starting to believe this is intentional to get people to buy keys using RP. Looks like "free rewards" was too good to be true.
it just seems way too rare, i was getting them until a mini patch and I haven't gotten any in like 2 weeks now
I don't believe it's bugged. Keys are absurdly rare.

I have 3 boxes as wel and no key fragments... are we suppose to buy them or what the heck riot?
Same, after patch I've gotten.... well zero ... I would buy Some keys but since there removing Online tournys don't want to waste RP, Kinda lame.
(Btw I play a lot of league so Zero surprises me)
