@Artist Rioters - Xerath ultimate VFX change

Hi, I'm here to propose an idea for a new visual of Rite of the Arcane, Xerath (reworked) Ultimate. The new VFX is not what I expect from Riot in term of quality because it doesn't make the player feel like you are using an Ultimate skill. It feels like you are firing small balls of energy (water balloons) so even when you can hit 3 times this hard skillshot, you doesn't feel the impact nor the reward of using the skill.

I understand why this skill is what it is because Xerath's basic spells are so strong that he can't have an easy win ultimate but It's pretty clear for a lot of people that this skill need some work visually-wise.

So I propose to make the spell more like a laser beam rather than a small ball of energy. It fit the expected hitbox way more and it will feel way stronger as a skillshot.

In game, I can't think of any skill that follow the type of visual that I'm proposing but in the video A New Dawn, at 5.04 the Leona's Ultimate is firing a "Sun energy from the sky" that fit my description. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzHrjOMfHPY

You just need to make if feel more arcane-ish to implement this for Xerath.
