Lore

My past...does it matter who I am? Who I was? I suppose, if you have to know, but I doubt you've heard of me before. There are few enough who know of me...fewer still drawing breath. To my past life, I suppose. It was...one of the last battles of the last Rune War. Arrows fillled the sky that day, blood spilled upon thirsty ground, figures screaming and dying in the scorching midday sun. It was nought but a slaughter, one of mutual proportions, where each sought to outslay the other. I wasn't the first of my family to fight this war, but I was the last. I had seen so many go before me: father, grandfather, brother, uncle. Presumably they had seen their own go as well, and longed for it as well. They were all promised honor, glory, the courage inspired by their love of Demacia, but what came of it? Death. Death alone, and alone they were, in those coffins they returned. Gilded, yes, but alone all the same, for gold is a cold partner in death.

They mocked me for fighting, they did, that Noxian scum. Cowards, they called to those around me, for a girl is fighting amongst you, among other obscenities. That stopped. Quickly. Crack shot with a bow, I was, not being allowed to train with a sword.Quickly silenced too. It amused me, certainly, to pin their tongues to the backs of their throats. Then another through an eye, enough to kill if I felt merciful, enough to blind otherwise. They shut up soon enough. I became admired. Respected. Feared. And I loved it. Then came that day. I remember it vividly. The shots I had fired, the lives I had taken. The rain of arrows that had followed. Caught too far out from cover, I felt every puncture, every pierce, every wound. The last flashes of life. The darkness, the hungering void of death that followed. The end for most, I'm sure. If only it had been.

I awoke to a chamber, surrounded by hextechnology and runes, each, inscribed deep with magic. Told I was the 'last scion of my noble house', that Demacia had gone to great expense to retrieve, to revive me, to arm and improve me with the best hextechnology had to offer. For honour, for glory, they had said, but meant vengeance. I inquired as to my mother, live the last time I had seen her. They told me she had taken her own life, unwilling to be the last bearer of her house, and so the task had fallen to me. Reborn deep in a secret laboratory at the heart of Piltover and handed a new suit, better equipment that what I had in my past life. A hextech rifle, the most advanced the City of Progress had to offer. Told to 'seek my path'. To serve.

But I will not serve. For I am reborn, free. And I shall bring the dogs of Noxus to heel.

#Summary

Silena is an AD carry who specialises in dealing high amounts of damage from long range. While she is very effective in this regard, her sustained damage, and waveclear are rather bad as a result. Silena excels in taking out key targets on the enemy team, while leaving the rest of her team to clean up. Furthermore, she does well in clearing out single enemies, and has fairly good objective control due to her excellent single target damage, but lacks AoE, and is worse in longer trades. While Silena has no built in mobility, she can be slippery with correct use of Shroud of the Spector. Silena should aim for AD, and critical strike chance, with key build items being Infinity Edge, Phantom Dancer and Manamune. Silena is also quite versatile, able to find herself a home in both the mid and bottom lanes.

#Gameplay   Early Game

Early on, Silena should aim to harass opponents with her higher than average AA range. However, she should also attempt to push out the lane due to her bad waveclear, in order to try and pressure the opponent. Careful maintenance of vision and destruction of Pink Wards is important, since Silena's only escape is a stealth, which is delayed if in combat when it begins. However, Silena can also use the exceptional range on her Q in order to pressure opponents under tower. Silena should at all costs avoid extended skirmishes, as her kit is not well tailored for such an occurance.

##Mid-Game

By this time, Silena should have her IE and SS/PD. This is when Silena starts to shine, as she is able to deal large amounts of burst damage to enemies from a great range. Again, Silena should look for opportunities where she can attack the enemy from a long range, while simultaneously being in a position where it is hard for them to strike back. Due to the lack of a true escape, Silena can do little once engaged on, thus positioning is very important. However, Silena's high single target damage, long range and area control make her highly valuable in sniping out key targets or neutral objectives, forcing the enemies to retreat and permitting her team to take it. Silena should focus on damage above survivability due to her long-ranged nature. One of Silena's strengths lie in her ability to force unfavourable engagements for the enemy team, as they must decide whether to engage while having a low-health member, or to give up the objective to Silena's team. Use this to your advantage. Scattering Paralysing Bombs in key areas or choke-points can allow Silena to pick off enemy targets. Additionally, placing them in preparation for teamfights allows you to isolate key members of the enemy team from participating, allowing you to focus on the priority targets.

##Late-Game

At this stage in the game, Silena is as valuable as she was in mid-game, but she should aim to eliminate isolated enemies from long range. Due to her stealth and exceptional range on her spells and autoattacks, she can afford to be further away from her team than standard ADCs, but, as always, be careful with her positioning, as her ability to kill priority targets may be blocked by beefier teammates body blocking her Sharpshooter's Focus. As this is a majority of her damage, positioning carefully to make sure this ability connects with priority targets is her most important goal. Her range also allows her to long-range harass enemies when they are either taking neutral objectives or defending towers. While more traditional carries build a defensive item, it is often in Silena's best interests to build further damage in order to improve her ability to cripple the enemy. A good guide to fighting as Silena is: If they are in range to attack you, you're not far enough away

#Base Statistics:    Health: 492.75 (+81) HP/5: 5.42 (+0.55) Mana: 268.68 (+45) MP/5: 6.97 (+0.45) AD: 57.45 (+3.5) AS:0.625 (+1%) Armor: 19.012 (+3.3) Mr: 30 (+0) MS: 330 Range: 600

#Passive

##Precision

Passively loses 50% of Silena's %bonus attack speed and gains it as Critical Strike Chance.

Additionally, Critical Hits against enemies cause them to take 8% of their missing health as physical damage. (capped at 300 against monsters).

#Q ##Sharpshooter's Focus ###Channeled | Targeted | Skillshot | Autoattack Modifier | Self-Reveal | Self-Debuff

Silena slows herself up to 100% and roots herself after 2 seconds, while increasing her next autoattack's range and power. She can hold this for up to 5 seconds, but if Siilena does not fire, she is refunded half the mana cost. Once a target is selected, they are marked, and Silena must channel for the bullet to reach the target. Silena is revealed for the duration of the channel, and will break Shroud of the Spector as soon as the bullet is fired. Silena can also fire early, but will only deal damage proportional to time charged.

Maximum Total Damage: 200/225/250/275/300% total AD Maximum Total Range :150% current range Projectile Speed: 1500 Projectile Width: 60 Cooldown: 10 Mana: 60/65/70/75/80

##Notes

  • This ability is affected by critical hit chance
  • This ability can be blocked by another champion for 50% damage.
  • An autoattack modified by Sharpshooter's Focus deals 50% damage against structures.
  • Structures can also block shots, and the relevant multipliers will apply (ie. 50% damage for the blocking, and 50% damage for structure damage for a total of 25% initial damage)
  • If an autoattack enhanced by Sharpshooter's Focus travels further than 1500 range, it deals 10% less damage for every 100 range it travels, down to a minimum of 50%.
  • If Silena cancels channeling, the bullet will instead move as a single-target skillshot until it reaches 1500 range or until it has moved 500 range past it the point where the channel is cancelled (whichever condition is met first)
  • This ability can be blocked by spellshields

#W ##Shroud of the Spectre

Toggle

Passive

While out of combat, Silena gains 20/40/60/80/100 range a second (stacks up to 4 times). This bonus only applies to her first basic attack or Sharpshooter's Focus after entering combat.

Active

Causes Silena to enter stealth, and gain movement speed. If Silena has taken damage in the past 3 seconds prior to Shroud of the Spectre being activated, she will gain the movement speed boost, but will fade into stealth over 3 seconds.  Silena will break out of stealth by dealing damage to enemies.

Mana: 25/second MS increase: 12/14/16/18/20% Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

#E ##Kinetic Overcharge ###Autoattack Modifier | Self-Debuff

Silena overcharges her rifle, causing her next autoattack or Sharpshooter's Focus to ignore a percentage of the target's armor and splashing in a small area around the target. After firing, Silena has reduced attack speed for 2 seconds.

Armor Penetration: 30/35/40/45/50% Splash Damage: 50/55/60/65/70% Splash Penetration: 15/19.25/24/30/35% Splash Radius: 250 Attack Speed reduction: 30% Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Mana: 40

#R ##Paralyzing Bomb ###Trap | Crowd Control | Activation | Charges

Silena plants a Paralyzing Bomb at target location, which arms after a few seconds. When triggered, deals 100/175/250 (+0.7 bonus AD) (+0.5 AP) damage and stuns enemy units for 1.5 seconds. Champions can only be stunned once every few seconds, but will still take damage from triggered traps. Silena can only have 3 Paralyzing Bombs active at once.

Grace Period: 8 seconds Charge Cooldown: 30/25/20 Charges: 3 Arm time: 2 seconds Placement Range: 800 Duration: 75 seconds Detonation Range: Global Detonation Radius: 250 Mana:75

##Notes

  • Paralyzing Bomb will not activate if an enemy walks over it. Silena must manually activate the trap with Left Click
  • If Paralyzing Bombs are destroyed or time out, they will disarm themselves, and have no effect.
  • Paralyzing Bomb are worth 10 gold and take 3 hits to destroy.

Strengths

  • Silena is very strong at killing isolated or solo targets, able to snipe out priority targets with high damage from a very long range. This makes her a very potent assassin or even objective-thief.

  • Silena's cloak and speed boost make losing pursuers while she has mana easy. Furthermore, chasing her without adequate vision or into an area which she has prepared with Paralysing Bombs can be very difficult

  • Silena can induce paranoia in the enemy team, due to her slippery cloaked nature, and the fact that Paralyzing Bombs could be sitting anywhere. Being caught in one is equally as terrifying, as you don't know if she's lining a shot up on you!

Weaknesses

  • Even for an AD Carry, her early game is exceptionally weak. Without damaging abilities or good base damages to see her through that phase, it is very easy to bully her out of farm which she desperately needs.

  • Her low mana and high costs means she must make hard choices concerning mana use, unless she intends to build Tear of the Goddess (which she can easily charge by toggling Cloak) but it delays her core build and powerspike. Otherwise, she must choose carefully between either liberal use of Shroud of the Spectre, or Paralyzing Bomb

  • Though strong at dealing burst damage at long range, Silena is much weaker fighting at short range or in sustained combat. Her lack of a sustained damage steroid, combined with her low base attack speed and scaling make her unsuitable for such a role. Furthermore, she is squishy, even more so than other AD carries, and should therefore avoid close quarters combat at any opportunity.

#Teammates and Enemies

Silena has good synergy with

Azir TwistedFate Vi

  • The Emperor of the Sands is a valuable teammate for any Silena, able to provide the DPS while she provides the burst. Additionally, a Silena in peril can find solace behind any Emperor's Divide while her Paralyzing Bombs keep enemies in place as they are sliced to pieces by his Sand Soldiers. Their dual long-range natures also compliment each other nicely, able to keep out of harm's way while wrecking the enemy team.

  • The Card Master brings his own tricks to the table, able to reveal unsuspecting victims with Destiny, or lock them down with a handy Gold Card to prevent them making their escape. Silena can also cover for him too, using well placed Stasis Traps to cut off any attempted pursuit - or lure them into a trap. Double-stacked stuns will surely ruin the hand of any enemies who want to play at the adult's table.

  • The Piltover Enforcer brings some punch of her own, able to clear a path to a key enemy target - or wreck an enemy diving for Silena. Assault and Battery's crowd parting potential opens up a perfect shot for Overcharged Sharpshooter's Focus, stopping the enemies from intercepting it. Diving right into the fight and working together, this dynamic duo can clear out VIPs before the fight's even started!

Silena struggles against

RekSai Braum Yasuo

  • The Queen of the Xer'Sai has no problem clearing out entrenched snipers such as Silena. Her general bulk, heavy damage, and mobility allow to dodge strategically placed Paralyzing Bombs, while Unburrow lets her CC Silena before she gets to cloak. Even then, Rek'Sai can track her with Tremor Sense, and break her out of cloak with well placed Prey Seekers, leaving Silena defenseless.

  • The Heart of the Freljord is one of Silena's worst nightmares. His ability to negate her most powerful combat ability with Unbreakable, as well as being able to gap-close to allies with Stand Behind Me! makes Silena's job very difficult. Furthermore, his Concussive Blows makes early trading difficult when she is at her most vulnerable, and Glacial Fissure can interrupt an otherwise perfectly placed Sharpshooter's Focus

  • The Unforgiven is one of mid lane Silena's biggest frustrations. His early manaless pushing power, combined with his easy mobility, allows his to punish her in the phase where she is weakest. Furthermore, like Braum, a well placed Windwall easily negates an otherwise deadly Sharpshooter's Focus. A charged Steel Tempest will likewise stop her channeling and save an otherwise dead ally. Clever use of Sweeping Blade will also allow him to strafe around Paralyzing Bombs, allowing him to easily take her down.

#Tips

##Playing as Silena

  • Stay at range. Silena's biggest strength is taking out enemies before they can even react, so appropriate use of Shroud of the Spectre and Paralyzing Bomb allows you to fight with your advantages

  • Keep fights short. Silena does worse in longer fights compared to most champions, instead choosing to periodically inflict sharp doses of pain. So instead, opt for short hit-and-run combat sequences while waiting for your bonuses to return.

  • Fight on your terms. Knowledge is half the battle, after all, so don't go fighting unprepared. Set up Paralyzing Bombs in choke points or frequented locations to catch out stragglers on the enemy team, or keep one on yourself just in case you get jumped. The difference between good placement and great placement could make or break a teamfight.

##Playing VS Silena

  • Keep your vision up. Good vision in potential camping spots for Silena means that it's that much easier to catch and kill her. Furthermore, it reduces the paranoia of there being a Paralyzing Bomb in each bush.

  • Let something else take the shot. Everyone, from ally champions to friendly structures, take reduced damage from intercepting Sharpshooter's Focus, so consider letting beefier teammates or towers take the hits instead.

  • Be aggressive. The last thing you want to do vs a Silena who just fired a shot at you is play passive. Her poor dueling combined with general fragility and weak sustained damage means that she is very weak individually. Go after her or her team while they lack the resources to counterattack!

#Animations

Standing

Silena holds her rifle, occasionally adjusting her grip or various components. Her feet are slightly apart If she stands still for a certain period of time, she starts looking through the scope in various direction, as if scanning for nearby enemies.

Movement

When she begins moving, the barrel and scope of her rifle will retract into the rifle. Silena moves stealthily, slightly hunched over, but occasionally also rocking her rifle as she runs.

Fast Movement (>400 MS)

After the rifle components have retracted, she will clip the rifle to her back and jog at a rapid pace. Her first autoattack animation after Fast Movement will have her draw the rifle from her back (no change in damage or AS)

Autoattack

Assumes a firing position and shoots a glowing blue projectile at target enemy, with appropriate recoil.

Critical Hit Animation

Same as above, but Silena also looks through her scope when shooting, takes increased recoil, and the projectile is larger and glows red instead.

Recall

Retracts and clips rifle to her back (similar to Fast Movement) before dropping her visor. This projects several screens which contain holographic images, such as 'wanted' posters, as well as various charts and diagrams

Death

Silena is thrown to the ground, her rifle a few feet from her. As she reaches for it, her suit overloads in a mass of sparks before she slumps back to the ground, unmoving.

#Ability Animations

Passive: Critical Hit

A spurt of blood emerges from the target. This is proportional to the amount of missing health the enemy had when the autoattack connects.

Sharpshooter's Focus - Standing

Silena slowly goes down on one knee and focuses her rifle. If she has not yet selected a target, she will instead balance her rifle on one knee. After the autoattack completes, she visibly ejects an empty casing from the chamber.

Sharpshooter's Focus - Movement or Fast Movement

Silena slows down in running, and upon selecting the ability will commit a short combat roll followed by a dive to prone. Silena then tracks the target selected with her scope. After the autoattack completes, she visibly ejects an empty casing from the chamber.

Sharpshooter's Focus - Interrupted

Silena will eject an empty casing but will also shake her hand as if she burned it. She will also return to her Standing position faster.

Shroud of the Spectre - Passive

The barrel of Silena's rifle has 4 extendable segments. For each stage of charging, one segment will extend. Additionally, a light on her scope will signal green for out of combat, and red for in combat. It will change to blue when the passive is fully charged

Shroud of the Spectre - Active

Silena projects various images on her visor. Her suit then flickers twice before melding into invisibility.

Kinetic Overcharge

Silena's rifle starts to glow. After firing, her rifle insteads emanates a red aura, while fire symbols flash in Silena's projection visor.

**Paralyzing Bomb - Placement **

Silena takes a small package from her suit, and presses a few buttons before throwing it at the targeted area

Paralyzing Bomb - Detonation

Silena uses her left hand to tap a small keypad on her right arm. A small mushroom cloud symbol will be projected by her visor.

hey, python159 here from CCOS. here to give you some feedback since you appear to be lacking in it. Firstly the passive is quite overloaded, feels like she favours slow strong hits over faster weaker shots due to her sniper design. i'd say remove the attack speed to crit bonus but keep the missing health part, keeping the missing health part will better cement her sniper style.

secondly the slow on the Q, champs can't be slowed past 175 units per second so slowing down to 100% doesn't work. next the damage scaling seems a bit too much at 300% AD at max rank so maybe tune that down a bit. next the channeling for the travel time is abit absurd so you should change it so that if vision of the target is lost then the shot will miss, gives it more interesting counter play.

next the W, like the idea of stealth costing mana per second but the MS boost makes it a bit too much like twitch's stealth and the range boost after a while is not very nice when laning agaisnt her as it can make her nearly impossible to zone out.

The E. nothing wrong with this, really plays into her sniper playstyle of slow heavy damage shots

And finally the R. Stasis is a very powerful CC that gains its strength from its use on allies and enemies. A stasis usable on only enemies is quite pointless, and it can actually screw with your allies as all thier burst can do nothing. secondly while the manual activation is nice the fact that the traps are visble and destroyable means that enemies will simply destroy any they come across. You should either make them untargetable or invisble to create some mind games with the enemy.

Hope this helps you improve her and you can give mine some feedback as well, its mercer the future soldier.

CCOS Share the Love

I don't know much about balancing champions to make them fair, so I can't really critique the statistics and abilities of your champion. On the other hand this is my review:

Lore:

  • I love the lore! It's got a touch of a hidden evil, which mimics Silena's character very well. First person lore is always the most expressive type, in my opinion.

Other:

  • Possibly add a picture to give us a touch of what Silena would look like. I myself credit the owner on a photo that I use for reference in my champion concept - and possibly you could add this on too. In addition some ability icons would go well too.

  • Some trivial facts would be interesting.

  • The in depth review on Early/Mid/Late game play style is really good and unique to other champion concepts.

  • Extra additions are already added in your coming soon notes

Abilities:

  • [Passive] A unique passive, I'm guessing this would scale better in the late game.

  • [Q] Similar to Caitlyn's ult - maybe pack a bit more damage, since the cooldown increases per ability level?

  • [W] She can toggle stealth on and off with her W? or is there a time limit to be expended.

  • [R] Similar to Caitlyn's traps - instead statis is involved. In my opinion, I think there should be 5 statis traps but with less AD damage - since this is Silena's ult after all. It's pretty rare to fall into traps, as they are so small, so not much off CC is involved in her ult.

_ (I know your concept is still incomplete so after some more additions I'll try and come back to add some more feedback - Other than that, interesting concept. But I see Caitlyn in her.)_

I'm gonna keep this very short : Not sure why you think someone 1 shotting an enemy with a point and click ability with 1.5k range is in any way, shape or form an interesting game play pattern.

I bet it would be really fun to play as.

It would probably be the most miserable experience ever to play against and such a kit would be kept completely trash tier on purpose until a rework came along.

The idea of a sniper is cool, however if you want to deliver on this fantasy you cannot simply ask you : Does this make you feel like a sniper? You also need to ask yourself where the counteplay is, how does the kit interact with the rest of the game, etc.

CCOS bonus: Share the love

Problems:

  1. Passive could be very very OP for builds like: item 3006 item 3153 item 3087 item 3085 item 3031 item 3072. Not only it will make your every basic attack to crit (87,5% crit chance from passive alone), but it have passive execution as well. Way to OP to appear in the game.

  2. Q is crazily OP beyond anything. It is autoattack modifier, so i will have to assume that i can be critical (you didn't specify if it can't be critical or not). Based on that and 300% of AD ratio, it will deal about 2638 damage (with build i mentioned earlier). That is one-shooting most of non-tank champions. With build like: item 3006 item 3087 item 3031 item 3072 item 3035 item 3139 you would be seeing 3386 crits. That is one-shooting all non-tank champions. However, it it can't crit, then this ability would be nearly useless to crit based builds, because basic attacks would crit for nearly as much damage as this ability.

  3. W passive is between crazy and crazy. If if increase range only in combat, then it is mostly useless in team fights, but it extremely overpowered in laning faze. Wait 4 sec and then hit enemies from outer space. However, active is too similar to Twitch stealth.

  4. E could be viewed depending on if Q can crit. If Q can crit, then E is extremely overpowers already overpowered ability. If Q can't crit, E really strong, but not overpowered.

  5. R is a bit strange. It doesn't have health, but it can be destroyed? How they are destroyed then? Also, with huge dps like her, she don't even need visible traps like those. R doesn't fit her huge range + huge damage + all crit kit.

Solutions:

  1. Make passive gain crit equal to 15-25% of bonus attack speed.

  2. Allow Q to be ciritcal, but limit it's critical damage or just lower AD scaling to 150% or so.

  3. Reduce bonus range gained to 40/45/50/55/60 per stack and don't limit when stacks ban be consumed. Don't know what to do with stealth.

  4. E would get fixed by fixing Q.

  5. I would change it into some other ability entirely or would make traps invisible right after placing them and lower arming time.

Well, this is a piece of work. Highly unusual and probably a nightmare to balance.

Passive: This alone could be incredibly problematic. Though she loses the attack speed, the constant crits without building 5 crit items will be devastating. Plus the percent missing health seems a bit... tacked on.

Q: That ratio, holy hell. She could build just pure damage and rely on this to kill targets by itself. Or could stack it with her passive's crit chance and be even more of a problem.

W: I'd say too much range gained while out of combat, and scaling way too much with rank. +400 range is not laughable, in fact some people would probably cry from this alone. The stealth part would probably give too much safety as well, considering the nature of her kit she could use it to murder someone trying to ambush her. Also, does this have a duration? Otherwise it would be frustrating as all hell to play against.

E: Combined with runaans, you could have quite a bit of AOE damage. And again, it would hurt quite a bit.

R: More safety, it seems. Similar to teemo shrooms except that they stun instead and can only have 3. I would be angrier to step on this, to be frank.

Overall: I would say this is more of an assassin than a marksman. A huge amount of damage and specialized at ambushing targets. Probably a pick or ban if she were to exist, and if her early game isn't weak enough it would probably be hotfixed.

There are some things I don't want to see, and one of those is an enemy who can take out a squishy in a single shot with pretty much anything. That is probably what this would become.

Though very creative, I would personally prefer not to see this in game.

Good little concept, nothing really important to talk about, except maybe nerfing Q damage. Good in bot and top. :3

#CCOS Bonus

Okay, let's look at Silena, shall we?

#Passive Precision Passively loses 50% of Silena's %bonus attack speed and gains it as Critical Strike Chance.

Additionally, Critical Hits against enemies cause them to take 8% of their missing health as physical damage. (capped at 300 against monsters).

Wooo hey, okay. Normally, on any ADC, I'd say that this is somewhat of a broken passive already, however, if there's one thing that I noticed...

AS:0.625 (+1%)

This is probably something a LOT of people missed, and I can't blame you for it - most won't really look at stats. But as a fellow Champion creator, I know how these things go - and I'll be frank, this stat is perfect for her, especially considering her passive. My god, her attack speed, at all levels, as as bad as Darius and Nautilus, ergo the slowest in the game.

Nevertheless, I'd lower her base attack speed even further down to 0.6125, simply because she still overlaps with Jinx as a long-ranged crit monster, who has the same base attack speed when using her cannon form. Silena, though, completely outranges Jinx with Q, so I'd really focus on her role as a lategame 1 shot, potentially 1 kill Champion.

#Q Sharpshooter's Focus Channeled | Targeted | Skillshot | Autoattack Modifier | Self-Reveal | Self-Debuff Silena slows herself up to 100% over 2 seconds, while increasing her next autoattack's range and power. She can hold this for up to 5 seconds, but if Silena does not fire, she is refunded half the mana cost. Once a target is selected, they are marked, and Silena must channel for the bullet to reach the target. Silena is revealed for the duration of the channel, and will break Cloak of the Spector as soon as the bullet is fired. Silena can also fire early, but will only deal damage proportional to time charged.

Maximum Total Damage: 200/225/250/275/300% total AD Maximum Total Range :150% current range Projectile Speed: 1500 Projectile Width: 60 Cooldown: 8 Mana: 60/65/70/75/80

Notes This ability is affected by critical hit chance This ability can be blocked by another champion for 50% damage. An autoattack modified by Sharpshooter's Focus deals 50% damage against structures. Structures can also block shots, and the relevant multipliers will apply (ie. 50% damage for the blocking, and 50% damage for structure damage for a total of 25% initial damage) If an autoattack enhanced by Sharpshooter's Focus travels further than the autoattack range at the time of casting, it deals 10% less damage for every 100 range it travels, down to a minimum of 50%. If Silena cancels channeling, the bullet will instead move as a single-target skillshot until it reaches 1500 range or until it has moved 500 range past it the point where the channel is cancelled (whichever condition is met first)

I'm assuming the "150% current range" means current range x 1.5, right? And not "increase range by 150%" (which is effectively x 2.5)? 'Cuz that'd push her natural range up to 1500 with Q, and up to 1750 with W capped out xD

So let's assume it's the former. Woo, 900 Range (1050 with W), ain't that something? I suppose this is balanced by how much TIME it takes to actually set up a shot (2 seconds to increase range, and another channeling time - based on her attack speed, I'm assuming - to fire the shot, meaning it'll take well over 2.5 seconds to actually shoot something), but no lie, the damage is HUGE. Like, Morde 3rd hit of Q level huge - and that's likely before crit is factored in. Somewhat balanced because it's a pseudo-skillshot.

On that note, I'd increase the cooldown up to 10 or so seconds. While it is stoppable, if it hits, it'll pretty much take out any squishy from a fight (if it doesn't outright kill them). There's a reason why Nidalee's spears were heavily nerfed. :O

Also, does Banshee's Veil block the shot? Sivir's E/Nocturne's W? You might want to add some specifics for edge cases like that somewhere along the line.

#W Shroud of the Spectre Toggle

Mana: 30/second MS increase: 10/14/18/22/26% Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4

Dunno how I feel about perma-invis. I mean I guess it IS balanced by the absurd mana cost (with no mana items, she'd be effectively OOM after about 30 seconds). Imo, reduce the MS buff down to a flat 12%-ish and increase the Cooldown by 1 second at each rank.

#E Kinetic Overcharge Autoattack Modifier | Self-Debuff Silena overcharges her rifle, causing her next autoattack or Sharpshooter's Focus to ignore a percentage of the target's armor and splashing in a small area around the target. After firing, Silena has reduced attack speed for 2 seconds.

Armor Penetration: 30/35/40/45/50% Splash Damage: 50/55/60/65/70% Splash Radius: 250 Attack Speed reduction: 30% Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 Mana: 40

First off, I'd immediately drop the armor pen down to 20/25/30/35/40%. 50% is a lot. Unless it's bonus armor, but I doubt that's what you're going for. I'd also clarify: does the AoE splash also ignore a % of armor (like 70% of 50%, or 35% for splashed enemies), or is it only the main target?

Anyway, with Q, W and E up, I wonder how much damage she can do to a single target? I'm too lazy to do the math, but by God, it'll hurt. The attack speed reduction is a nice touch.

#R Paralyzing Bomb Trap | Crowd Control | Activation | Charges Silena plants a Paralyzing Bomb at target location, which arms after a few seconds.

Grace Period: 8 seconds Charge Cooldown: 30/25/20 Charges: 3 Arm time: 2 seconds Placement Range: 800 Duration: 75 seconds Detonation Range: Global Detonation Radius: 250 Mana:100

The icing on the cake for the sniper playstyle - safety traps. I dunno how I feel about AoE stun, though. Lower the duration to 1 second and I'd say, considering it's AoE.

Final comments

Hm... I'm honestly not too keen on seeing this kind of Champion. She's basically a an upgrade in every way to Caitlyn at the cost of attack speed. Essentially, they're both using the same "thematic space", if that makes sense. I suppose it would be more logical if they were, like, rivals or something, but as it stands I don't think Riot would ever add a Champion like Silena. Well, "ever" may be a bit of a strong term. Like, I do think that the overall concept is cool, but I believe it'll be rather unlikely that this'll see the day.
