Credit goes to JoshuaMain and iiGazeii for the ideas. Not sure why that person never put up a concept on the boards, but I guess I will based off of his idea he put out there. This is a DIFFERENT kind of champion, so keep that in mind xD I am only semi-serious about this concept, since the entire theme is far too strange compared to the rest of League Champions. Keep an open mind.

Didn't create the art. https://images-wixmp-ed30a86b8c4ca887773594c2.wixmp.com/intermediary/f/8642d19b-3482-460f-bab4-228b1a6e13f2/dct8v0i-8abd4dc2-d71c-4acc-96e5-33d74c0258e7.jpg https://www.deviantart.com/xinillus/art/KANEKI-774716418 Props if you know the anime the picture is from.

Daumantus, Aspect of Madness.

Basic Lore: Daumantus was born as the Aspect of Knowledge, but there came a point where people learned that all knowledge could be used for good... or evil. Was this title a blessing, or a curse? After the 1st great Void war, Daumantus the Aspect of Knowledge gained an understanding of the Void, and what the future held for it and Runeterra... This drove him to madness, being unable to stop the eventual threat against Runeterra, being powerless against it. The knowledge he gained had grown to torment him. Soon the 2nd Void war was ended, but Daumantus knew that it wasn't the end... and hardly the beginning... Again his mind tortured him, but this time it grew too strong for him to control. The thought kept coming back to him "I can't stop the Void, nobody can. But... perhaps, it is possible if someone could possess all the power. An all powerful being could seal off the Void forever". He took action on that very thought, but the only way for him to gain more power was to take it from another being... or another aspect. He knew that he would no longer be welcomed by the others if he did this, but he was determined to save the universe, in the only way he knew. Daumantus went down from the heavens and found a fellow aspect, the aspect of mystery, who was nigh impossible for any other being to find but the knowledge that Daumantus had proved sufficient to locate anything. Daumantus stole the essence of the aspect, but an unexpected even transpired. Never before had 2 aspects been held by a single being. Daumantus' mind began to be filled with mysterious knowledge, which clouded him from discerning the true knowledge from the false. The only thing he was certain of was that he needed to complete his mission, and gather more essence to grow and become more powerful. Over the course of the next 2,000 years Daumantus was feared by all aspects, and had claimed 2 more victims; Storm, and Fire. Through his actions he obtained the title Aspect of Madness, which overcame his knowledge. All the essences within him conflicted one with another and twisted his mind even further. He did not become a mindless killer, but rather one who thought too much... and sometimes couldn't stop the thoughts. He had become trapped in his own head for over 1,000 years, battling with the voices inside, he no longer knew which essence was truely his own, but after a long battle he had finally been defeated... And given the command to walk forward and complete the original task and gain more power. Did he task himself with this? Or was it the voices? Is there even a difference at this point? He doesn't know, and it haunts him, but every time he listens they offer more of their powers to him... So he follows their command.

Abilities

Passive: Voices of Insanity Every 120 seconds Daumantus has the voices in his head tell him to do random things, upon completing these tasks he is granted additional power and may receive additional instructions. But only if 120 seconds have passed since the last task started, plus the time it took to complete that task. With every few completed tasks the next task will become harder and offer more rewards, up to 10 completed tasks. (ONLY commanded every 2-4 minutes, but can potentially be completed instantly, reducing the amount of time you need to wait for your next task)

Q: Lightning Sphere Daumantus conjures a ball of lightning and then throws it, the ball will automatically strike at nearby enemies within 300 units when thrown for 5 seconds dealing 20/35/50/65/80+(20% AP) per strike, striking the closest enemy every 0.5 seconds, recast while within 400 units to dash to the orb and shatter it, stunning all enemies within 300 units for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds and yourself for 0.7/0.8/0.9/1/1.1 seconds.

Hitting enemies while invisible blocks their vision for 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3 seconds and yours for 1 second, and restarts your stealth. Enemies hit become marked having a dagger in them for 10 seconds, making them immune to further blinds caused by this ability.

Reactive to pull all marked targets 200/220/240/260/280 units toward you and deal 30/40/50/60/70+(50% AD) Physical damage.

E: Flaming Pass Create a circular flame doorway for 4 seconds that makes units ignited when they walk through. Grants either +8/9.5/11/12.5/14%(+1% Ability Power) increased ability damage on the next ability for 3 seconds, or grants a 3 second burn effect on the next basic attack within 3 seconds that deals 5/10/15/20/25+(10% Bonus AD) physical damage per second. Adaptive for each champion depending on whether they've built AP or AD.

R: Fear The Madness | CD 140/110/80 | Radius 400 Daumantus goes completely insane, and enters his Madness State for 10 seconds and then gets feared for 1.5 seconds. Entering Madness State fears nearby enemies for 1 second. Champion takedowns extend this effect by 5 seconds, but make him feared for 0.5 seconds longer when expired.

Madness State: gain +40/50/60% movement and attack speed. Disables basic abilities. Racastable every 3 seconds to leap 300/325/350 units in a direction and deal 75/150/225+(50% Bonus AD) physical damage. Summons 2/3/4 Mad Mirages over the duration.

Mad Mirage: Daumantus causes an illusion to chase after the nearest enemy champion within 800 units. Illusions will leap at champions once in range and fear everything hit in a 150 unit area for 1 second and deal 0+(40% AP) Magic damage. Mirages function like clones and last 6 seconds.

I think being half serious is still too serious you had me for a bit but then lost me after I read the tasks ,it's absolute ballux, this is like a patch work zombie, lol but all jokes aside this is a definite no some abilities can work but the passive is the deal breaker, the r was kinda interest but then the sleep was in question, does he said up after the recasts or does it only happen after the state ends cuz then that's another shot in the leg of this loon, Anyway seing the Tokyo ghoul art got me thinking there should be a homeless champion possibly even a cannibal, was thinking he might throw dirt in your eye then bite you or sumthin. You try it, am sure you'd make it work but make it funny .

Also kind of reminds me of max the raptor 's ultimate; Hysteria summon s an i.imaginary pack for raptor then commands them to attack

Like I said some parts can work the issue is he has a fair amount of draw backs, now if he was able to spread his madness then that would be really interesting here's my thought...... Well, I'll be damned This right here is a proper loon. Lmoa, yo I guess I just have been sleeping when I first read this lmao the a should make enemies laugh though so that's a side effect for the stun, why does he have a pull thou, hmm let's add it the ability is not recast he instead pulls the dagger after 3 seconds dealing critical damage if he remains within 400 units of a marked target, hmm, sounds about right everything else is A1 humor. Great job man is play this anytime, just imagine this champion in a ranked match on he should also be able to throw a flame while he's on fire or spread the fire like an aide or something .[sg-miss-fortune]

This is like your 3rd of 4th aspect in a month. xD

Don't take that as a complaint - Targon needs the love. If you were shooting for "just crazy enough to work" then this comes pretty close.

"Grant an enemy champion URF buff"...yikes. At least you get a choice, cause if you were forced to give that to an Ezreal instead of a Rumble, it'd get scary.

That's my boy! lmao

He's kind of like the next yasuo (not that they are similar gameplay wise).

Like... you feed as hard as possible, but you still outdamages everyone because of the bs scaling. .............

and what's the point of leveling up beyond 18?

It's not like he has any ability that can reach level 6, which would have been cool if they can have bonus effects when the abilities reach max rank, therefore encouraging the level 4 tests to be completed.

Edit: I feel like 4: Grant an enemy champion Baron Buff. shouldn't be a level 4 test, especially considering how much stats you would have at that poing that you can just kill anyone...

I really like the idea of the passive though it needs some serious clean up.

For one thing have every random quest have its own specific reward so that harder quests can have better rewards. As for the quests themselves some of them are good others are bad.

(Complete one entire dance within 600 units of an enemy champion.) This one is good, because you as a player have all the agency in the world to do it or not.

(Click an enemy champion and give them 100g. May put you in debt.) This one could be okay if you were given a choice. Like say if you were given an item that could be used to give an enemy gold.

(Obtain(steal) red/blue buff) Ones like this are not very interesting because often times you'll want to do them anyway. They could probably stick around but would need to have very low rewards compared to the act like a noob ones.

(Sell all items and buy as many Doran's Items as you can.) What even is this? Quests need strong clear inputs and outputs if your going to make this concept work at all. You cant use vague language like "as many as you can."

(Waste both summoners in base.) Cant be done if you have smite.

(Let Dragon get stolen.(if dragon is up) Not a good one because you have no control over what your team mates do with a team objective.

(Dive enemy fountain.) Nothing to critique here I just love this one. XD
