Where are people getting the ability icons they use for concepts from? O.o

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. If someone could move it to the right place for me that'd be good, but since this is about champion concepts I thought to post it here.

The concepts I see lately all have some form of "Icon" for their custom abilities. Where are people getting these and HOW are they posting them? Posting pictures for me just adds a link or something. How do people get it where there is no link and just the picture? Like how the appear? Is it the same way? Just {{}} with the link in the middle? Same with pictures?

But, the icons are customized. How do people do that? Is there a site to make custom icons? Thanks for those who let me know, and sorry if this is the wrong place, but since this IS about concepts and such people might like to know as I sure don't have any clue.

I looked, and what I saw was only a site for icons, but not really how people post those icons like they do in their threads without a link and it being an attachment with the whole ugly blue box thing with the name of the picture under it. Plus they get them in where they want unlike with attachments.

How do people do that part?

It was the blurb right below that.

Once I have reference images and ability icons saved to my computer, I upload them to the image sharing service, Photobucket, and then paste the "Direct" URL it generates into my posts.

Oooh, so people use photobucket then post the url link and it posts the picture without links or the blue box of attachments?

I didn't see it because I had to chat in a different view. Thanks.

Yep. Photobucket has a lot of URLs that it offers. You want the "direct" one, which you can paste directly into your posts in precisely the spot you want the image to appear.
