i think they should add a new dragon for us to slay. we already got:
Fire Dragon (ad and ap) Ocean Dragon (health and mana regen) Cloud Dragon (movement) Mountain Dragon (extra dmg) Elder Dragon (super buff)
they should add Frost Dragon (extra cdr). the cdr from Frost Dragon would not count towards our limit and give 5% per slain. it would make sense cause it the only stat not affected yet by a Dragon. what do you guys think?
I just want RNG Drakes removed.
i like the idea of the ice dragon, but the question comes down to if the 5% exceeds the cap, and if so, i fear it would be more contested then fire drake who is still nuts. If not, it is kinda lack luster with all the CDR items champs use anyway, and unless they run the keystone that uses overcapped CDR, you may end up wasting a bunch of stats you are paying for.

7.5/15/22.5 FREE CDR from there, and if that exceeds cap... i NEVER want to see a 62.5% cdr spammy champ like 
it seems nice, but feel it could be a tad too strong due to cdr being essentually more damage, and we have a tad too much at the moment.
I just want a dragon that makes tanks more tanky.
We already have dragons that don't benefit tanks at all infernal have one that doesn't benefit squishies.
