Theorycrafting board

This is actually a concept for the forum itself, can we have a board devoted to theorycrafting? That way we could have a set place to talk about builds, and comps without having to invest the intense amount of time it takes to make and maintain a build on mobafire or similar sites. It would also give riot a good way to see how/what people are thinking about the current game balance/items/etc.
