AHEM I meant for it to be wandering, not wondering... forgive me. Yes, basically my take on the shop champion concept, though he acts a lot like an actual shop meaning he gets no money from people buying things and cannot buy his own wares available for sale(they are cursed). Since his items are cursed... one could say that he is ripping you off, and one might very well be correct. He's certainly a sneaky snake. Remember that most of his shop items will not be available for most of the game, so allies have to wait until you get level 11 to get a decent item. He does not upgrade items like Ornn, but offers his own more powerful versions at level 16 rank 3 R.

Passive: Merchandise Urian carries around several goods with him causing a variety of effects.
Barter: Urian is able to sell all items back at 90% of their original price.
Secret Wares: Urien is able to sell special items to allies while standing still for more than 3 seconds, setting up his shop, all that players need to do is click on him to enter the shop. Urian's inventory expends as he levels up, gaining new items as he levels up his R. Items purchased from Urian are cursed and cannot be sold. If an ally doesn't have a required item to build a cursed item then they can pay an additional 100g to ignore each building component.
Q: Boom Stick | Cooldown 7/6.75/6.5/6.25/6 | Cost 40/45/50/55/60 Urian enhances his next attack within 5 seconds to fire off 2 additional bolts, applying on-hit effects 2 additional times, the additional bolts explode after 2 seconds each dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+20% Ability Power) Magic Damage to all enemies within 150 units and slowing them by 40/45/50/55/60% for 0.5 seconds. Monsters take 50% increased damage from the explosion. Hitting a minion or a monster with this causes the explosion to happen after 1 second and reduces the cooldown by 50%.
W: Bag of Tricks | Cooldown 14/13/12/11/10(starts after choosing/ending) | Cost 55/60/65/70/75 Urian opens up his bag and chooses to fire out 1 of 2 projectiles, moving at 10% reduced speed for up to 6 seconds while choosing. If Bag of tricks is cast in the direction of an enemy projectile, within 0.5 seconds of it being cast, then it captures the projectile, allowing Urian to shoot out the projectile as a 3rd option, retaining it until he captures another projectile or shoots it out.
Screaming Dagger: Travels 700 units in 0.5 seconds, deals 70/110/150/190/230 (+140% Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage and silences all enemies passed through for 1.5 seconds. Wailing Orb: Travels 1,000 units in 2 seconds, deals 60/95/130/165/210 (+70% Ability Power) Magic Damage and fears enemies passed through for 1 second, increasing the enemy's movement speed by 50% for the duration of the fear. Enemy Projectile: 50/75/100/125/150 (+60% Bonus Attack Damage, +30% Ability Power) +50% original damage, dealing the original type of damage.
**E: Material Transmutation Flask | Cooldown 18/17.5/17/16.5/16 | Cost 60 | Range 500 | Radius 200 ** Urian throws out a flask that explodes in magical golden energies, all enemies affected by the explosion are revealed for 5 seconds and have their resistences lowered by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% for the duration, whilst allies gain 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% increased resistances if affected. When thrown on minions or monsters their resistences are instead lowered by a flat 15/25/35/45/55. Deals 20/35/50/65/80 (+30% Ability Power) Magic Damage to all enemies hit. Can hit wards, revealing them for 5 seconds.
Passive: Loose Change: Whenever Urian is hurt he drops a coin 200 units away from himself in a random direction, the coin can be picked up by allies or enemies for 4/8/12/16/20 additional gold. 15 second cooldown.
R: Pandora's Lockbox | Cooldown 140/120/100 | Cost 100 | Radius 400 | Jump Click Range 300 Urian opens up his box for up to 3 seconds, if Urian recasts then he jumps inside his box, becoming invulnerable for 3 seconds. If an ally clicks on the box then they will jump inside it instead, becoming invulnerable for 3 seconds. Over the following 3 seconds Urian's box has 4 black tentacles lashing all around it, each attacking nearby units for 50/75/100 (+35% Bonus Attack Damage) Physical Damage each second, prioritizing seperate targets and champions, additional tentacles attacking the same target deal 50% reduced damage. Urian and allies can move around while inside the box, but can still be affected by crowd control. If nobody jumps in the box then 50% of the cost and cooldown is refunded.

Passive - Cursed: This item cannot be sold. (Only one Elixir effect may be active at a time.)
Urian is designed as a sort of support/jungle champion. Support lets him do a lot, but jungle gives him more levels opening up his shop earlier and lets him roam to different lanes and let his allies buy items off of him. Only really 2 possible buys per champion, except maybe for an AP tank... Otherwise 2 AD, 2 AP, 2 Tank items. And the boots I guess. Pretty easy to know if you want an item since its main passive is usually there at the first upgrade. Buying an item without components costs a total of 400g extra gold, so try to avoid getting them late into the game.
Urian's Q is his bread and butter of farming, essentially not that great for laning phase, but super good in the jungle. A good counter to his Q is Adaptive Helm, because it technically deals 2 instances of its damage you automatically get the reduction.
Urian's W is a great tool to use while ganking or laning as a support, catching a Morg Q can really turn the tables. Or even a greater projectile, just be careful of champions like Viktor/Vel'Koz/Lux and their lasers. Can't catch those! Simple way to stop this is to just auto him if you see him readying this baby up, shooting back out a single auto attack won't do him much good. Try to bait this one out before trying to trade.
Urian's E is essentially his team-fight extraordinaire, and reeeaaally helps his jungle clear. Killing Baron/Dragon with your team has never been easier! To avoid this being a nuisance just remember to keep spread out while fighting him.
Urian's R is his ultimate getaway card, remember that allies can use this to escape as well. Not becoming untargetable but invulnerable, so delayed tower shots can still be deadly, and other effects won't immediately end. You can still snag an ignite on them before they get away and kill them after it ends. Or CC them to death. Most cases this will likely be used under tower, or at Baron pit. He can always R, have ally blast cone him over(or flash), and try to smite while in his box. The box is not a very good escape tool by itself, as you can only run around no dashing or anything, but the tentacles can help keep you safe. Best match-up down bot would probably be someone like Nami, who has a healing skill-shot that also damages. Easy steal for a heal. Combining him with an Ornn can get you an EXTREMELY powerful team in the end-game phase.
