I would KILL for a darker tint on all his original skins. Or a couple capeless skins. He looks so cool in the concept without his cape (but keep the hood! :P)

Wow I read this as "Chroma Pack Creator Viktor".. A skin for Viktor where he's the actual creator of chroma packs.. I need more sleep.
