Fuze' Saram 'The Wraith'

Stats; Role: Assassin/Fighter Resource: Mana Range: Melee

Health: 650 - 1800 Mana: 400 - 1200 Armor: 35 - 75 Magic Resist: 40 - 80 Movement Speed: 375

Lore: Fuze was a noxian soldier who was killed during a battle between Noxian forces and Demacian Troops. When he died he became a wraith, many of the demacian troops saw him shortly after death and became scared, they soon retreated but the monster followed them. Fuze now spends eternity searching for his killer and destroying anyone in his way.

Abilities

Passive: What you can see -- Fuze summons a phantom of himself in a random spot on the map (Where the other team cant see). The phantom lasts for 2.5 minutes and takes 4 basic attacks to destroy. If an enemy sees the phantom, it will very quickly sprint toward them, if the phantom gets within a 300 unit range of its target it will explode, granting true sight, dealing 150 magic damage and fearing all enemies for 2 seconds within that 400 unit range. Fuze can only spawn a phantom every 3 minutes. (Cannot control placement of phantoms, but you and your team can see them on the map)

Q: Tear their hope away: Fuze gains +20/25/30/35/40% Attack speed and deals AOE Attack Damage to all enemies around him for 5 Seconds. If an enemy champion is hit by 3 attacks during this time, Fuze will feast on their fear, gaining 30/40/50/60/70 (10% of enemies missing health) health. (50/55/60/65/70 mana)(13/12/11/10/9 Second Cooldown)

W: Hallucinogenic -- Passive: Paranoia -- Whenever an enemy champion drops below 25% HP, they become paranoid. Fuze gains +30% movement speed toward paranoid enemies. If they are within a 1000 unit range. Fuze also deals 5% of the targets missing hp as bonus physical damage.

Active: Fuze will haunt all paranoid champions, making them see apparitions of him on the edge of their vision zone for 20 seconds or unless they go above 30% hp. (20/30/40/50/60 mana)(20/18/16/14/12 Second Cooldown)

E: Ghostly Appearance -- Fuze becomes a ghost, gaining +20% movement speed, +80% Slow immunity and the ability to move through terrain for 5 seconds. (60/70/80/90/100 mana)(28/25/22/19/16 Second Cooldown)

R: Wraiths Fury -- Fuze becomes enraged, taking power from all enemy champions within an 800 unit circle around him Gaining 30% attack speed (+10%) for each enemy champion affected, 25 attack damage (+15) for each enemy champion affected and 40% Movement speed (+5%) for each enemy champion affected. And slowing all enemies within the zone by 10/15/20% for 1 second (100 Mana) (120/90/60 second cooldown)
