Lore: Scar was a student under Zed, learning how to master shadows. During his years of training, Scar became jealous of Zed, who was always one upping him in their duels. Zed insisted that it was only part of the training, but Scar took it personally. Scar abandoned Zeds teachings and went on to learn for himself, just what the power of shadows could do. Scar thought he had mastered the shadows and once again, found and challenged Zed to a duel. The two were at a stalemate, but, Zed got a devastating blow on Scar, nearly killing him instantly. Scar now furious from losing again, gathered his strength and went at Zed again, but it was futile. Zed swung and slashed Scar across the face, leaving a gash from his forehead to his jaw. Scar fell limp to the ground. In this moment Scar felt no pain, no anger, just nothing. He was standing there looking at his own body lying on the ground in a pool of blood. He looked at Zed, who met his gaze, and for the first time ever, Zed was frightened. Scar had become a wraith, stuck between the worlds of the living and the dead, half ghost, half human. Now, for eternity, Scar is cursed to walk the land, haunting the shadows, until he can claim the soul of his killer and return.

Abilities
Passive: What you can see -- Scar summons a phantom of himself in a random spot on the map (Where the other team cant see). The phantom lasts for 2.5 minutes and takes 4 basic attacks to destroy. If an enemy sees the phantom, it will very quickly sprint toward them, if the phantom gets within a 300 unit range of its target it will explode, granting true sight for 2 seconds, dealing 150 magic damage and fearing all enemies for 1 second within that 300 unit range. Scar can only spawn a phantom every 3 minutes. (Cannot control placement of phantoms, but you and your team can see them on the map)
Q: Soul Piercer -- Scar throws a bolt in a strait line infront of him, dealing 80/90/100/110/120 +65% AD physical damage to all enemies hit. Once the bolt reaches its end, it will explode rooting all enemies within a 150 unit radius of it for 1.5 seconds. 40/50/60/70/80 mana. (11/10/9/8/7 second cooldown)
W: Hallucinogenic -- (Passive)-- When an enemy is at or below 30% health, they become paranoid, and lose 10 armor and magic resist, and will see ghostly apparitions of Scar until they are above 31% hp, Scar will also gain 25% movement speed toward paranoid champions, and will deal 3% of their missing health as bonus magic damage per hit.
E: Ghost Walker -- First Cast --- Scar becomes a ghost, gaining +80% Slow Resistance, and 10% Bonus attack speed.
Second Cast --- Within 6 seconds after the first cast, Scar can recast ability up to 3 times to dash 200 units in a direction each time. (Up to 600 units) 25/35/45/55/65 mana, 18/16/14/12/10 second cooldown.
R: Wraiths Fury -- Scar becomes enraged, taking power from all enemy champions within an 800 unit circle around him Gaining 30% attack speed (+10%) for each enemy champion affected, 25 attack damage (+15) for each enemy champion affected and 40% Movement speed (+5%) for each enemy champion affected, for 5 / 7.5 / 10 seconds. And slowing all enemies within the zone by 10/15/20% for 1 second (100 Mana) (120/90/60 second cooldown)
