Hi friends. This is a third post on three elemental mages who are sisters. The previous post is here https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/XVf6oe2L-easy-elemental-mages-sisters

Inferno (Passive): All champions lose 0.2% of their maximum health every second. Low-health enemy champions lose 1.0% of their maximum health every second. Does not count as damage.

Fire Spell (Q – 5s CD – 900 range): Deals 50/75/100/125/150 + 0.6 AP magic damage to a targetable unit over 4 seconds.

Burning Hail (W – 20s CD – 800 range): A circular area is pelted by burning hail over 4 seconds. Enemies that stand in the hail are burned for damage each quarter second, lingering even after they’ve left the area. Enemies that stand in the hail for the full duration have their magic resistance reduced by 70% for 10 seconds.

Fire Tornado (E) – 10s CD – 800 range): Launch a slow-moving flame tornado in the target direction, dealing magic damage to enemies who contact it every quarter second. Enemies that attempt to dash through the flame tornado are knocked up into the air.

Meteor Storm (R): A shower of AoE magic damage dealing meteors rain down in a 4000-radius area randomly and periodically for 5 seconds. Enemies struck take massive damage.

Hate to be negative but I feel this champion simply wouldnt have a chance in the current meta.

Her passive is non-interactive and basically is just a stopper to all natural health regen. The only bonus of this is that it encourages self sustain champions (which Fire isnt). The low health enemy bonus is also pretty insignificant beyond being an unfun effect when escaping a close fight just to be killed by a constant effect with no counterplay possible.

Q is pretty much fine, except the reliance on scaling of a champion with a really weak laning phase.

W is confusing and is either incredibly weak or incredibly strong based on missing info so I cant talk much about that.

E is basically a weaker draven E. Unless the enemy misplays massively, you have to chose to either use the ability for damage or to counter a dash.

R is the most inconsistent ability in the game. Since the majority of combat post lane phase has the enemy grouped close together for objectives and teamfights, the chances of a meteor actually hitting anything is too small to be of any use.

I only think this would be viable as a support for an apc botlane, replying on jungle ganks to set up stuns for the W magic pen drop so the apc can blow someone up.

In mid or top she would simply be too susceptible to trades, most champion can just ignore the constant damage from her Q and just outdamage you entirely, which is much more impactful since your health regen is virtually nothing.
