Leaverbuster change idea

This is just an idea i got the other day. Where there have been some problems lately with Mac users and crashing because of bugsplat ( it has gotten better since the last patch but still happens) Leaver buster gets kind of annoying, so heres my idea.

Everyday you get 3 strikes. (getting an afk warning / afk behavior post game)

After the 3rd strike you get the normal 5x . 5min low priority queue.

if you get another 3rd strike within the same month as the first you get the 5x. 10 min low priority queue.

Then its the same as is right now from there.

At the first day of each month (unless you have any active leaverbuster penalties) you will get 1 penalty tier removed. Example:

If your last penalty was the 5x. 15min LP Queue, then the next time you get a penalty it will be 10minutes instead. Then more offenses after that will make it go back up etc.

So if your last penalty timer was the 5x. 20 minute queue. If you were to go 4 months without ANY penalties, you will be back to 5min queue on your next offense.

I know its kind of confusing, but it would be a way to promote better behavior and most likely reduce the ammount of leaverbusters because then you get rewarded for being good. Let me know what u guys think!
