FloRaider421 votesDoesn't sound like it would be enough for a gamemode to be honest.
Maybe the "Minions are worth full gold, but kills aren't" could be part of a TD gamemode, with Black Market Brawler aspects where you defend against powerfull minions and enemy champions are either sweeping the jungle to get upgrades for their minions or sabotage your minions/towers in some form.
