I know everyone hates zed and this is probably gonna get a million downvotes but honestly annoying

First Ive been playing zed for awhile now, before he became lee sin jr. The thing that really irritates me is the fact that Zed has never truly recieved a serious second skin. His only available skin is Shockblade and I don't see how you can count SKT T1 as a second skin seeing as its rarely available and honestly just screwed him out of a decent skin. You look in the PBE and you see a lot of cool skins for Morde, Shaco, etc. Thats nice, really, but then you keep going and you see skins for people like Ezreal, and Syndra. I'm just really confused how hard it is for the skin team to just give zed a decent skin for once. Is it really that hard? PS. Try to keep it civilized please don't bring your hatred for Zed in here, just talk about skins.

I swear if they will ever release a Zed skin, and it will suck so much that even special wep. Zac is a better skin i will just riot against Riot.

More than 2 years, and yet no skin was released for Zed, SKT was a commemorative one, if he had recieved one before that, today we would still "have" SKT.

The common excuse is that they don't know a good theme and "inspired" skin for certain champs like Zed.

Meanwhile they just storm us with the usual "inspired" 750 "trash" skins for champs like Ezreal, Annie or anybody that has a fuckton of skins and recieve 2-3 of them per year.

Let's be real, Zed really is an uninspired champ conceptually.

Because unlike the 3 ninjas who together have 1 united theme and each represents the artists' take on the modern portrayal of ninjas, Zed is a loner who has a pasted on lore connected with others while having an identity clash with Akali as both are ninjas with emphasis on assassination and agility.

There is literally nothing they can do about Zed, in terms of giving him skins. His existence is next to unwanted since they could have just reworked the Akali into Zed and that would be fine.

Project Zed, Hitman zed, Justicar Zed. There are many skins that could work for him honestly, there has to be a deeper meaning as to why he hasn't received a skin yet.

There's actually a reason why Akali and Zed are similiar, there was speculation when lore was somewhat alive, that Akali's mother, the one who taught her everything was once close to Zed, in fact that's where the "Twin disciplines" come from, they use similiar abilities and possibly lorewise Akali's being more traditional and balanced and possibly morally acceptable for an assassin whereas Zed's the exact opposite, most likely something usual like "a great forbidden power always requires sacrifices" thus rejected by Ionian's\Kinkou order.

Enough with the lore discussion, as mentioned before by me, you cannot say that you aren't able to make a skin for Zed because the ideas available are weak and then release the umpteenth skin for champs that already have many and are asbolutely in no need for a new skin, such as Ezreal.

If we are mass producing braindead uninspired (That's my opinion) skins, might as well equally distribute them among champs that are literally almost begging for something fresh.

Because Heartseeker fits his theme doesn't it.

Because Cupid, who has a theme of happiness, love and purity, contrasts with Varus's theme of agony and corruption. And they both use bows and arrows. Hence this skin exists on him.

Not all skins are there for a particular reason, but,

What can they do about a generic ninja who has nothing special in his kit nor is his own lore, being a generic ninja story about fighting over master's affection leading to him supposedly "walking the wrong path" and delving into the "forbidden art" of some sort?

There are a bunch of people who are still waiting for skins, Zed is just among the last guys in line.

The only guy who somehow got a skin before everybody else was Yasuo, but still, a queue is a queue.
