I still can't fathom how anyone thought a 50-60 end game AD nerf on ADCs, a nerf to Whisper, and a nerf to Bork would be anything other than a huge buff to tanky folks.

Dunno man. I predicted that Vayne was actually buffed, Graves and Quinn were OP and that Kog was useless trash. Turns out all were right. Also predicted Mundo being good due to extreme snowballing.
What I didn't predict was Rammus being good due to the jungle becoming harder. Turns out that it doesn't matter since he farms champs.
It's always been an ADC Meta. Always. Every other role has at various times been used exclusively to counter and/or support ADCs. The fact that Riot shows this kind of favoritism to the literal, mechanically easiest class in the game disgusts me.
