Corin, Captain of the Dead
I created Corin with the thought of making a strong pushing champion in mind and in that I believe I have succeeded. As of now his numbers may need to be tweaked in order to get him to viability without being overpowered. He was made to be a snowbally style pusher who absolutely needs to win his lane in order to stay relevant throughout the game. If he falls behind his pet will be considerably weaker and will end up feeding gold and experience to champions that bring it down. With that in mind I'm looking for suggestions that could possibly lead to his creation.
CHAMPION- Corin, Captain of the Dead.
ROLE- Mage / Fighter
LORE- Long ago there was a small fortified town south of the Great Barrier on the outskirts of the Kumungu Jungle. Life in the town was difficult due to its isolated location on the frontier and the wild beasts that roamed outside its borders. Attaining adulthood was a feat in and of itself for the townsfolk as many children were taken by local wildlife or stricken with sickness before their 15th year. The surviving population were made quite hardy by the conditions yet they were dwindling in number with each passing year. The Champion Corin was one of these few remaining townsfolk and the captain of the guard in the settlement. None were braver or more skilled than he when I came to fending off the wild things that encroached on the town or when gathering medicinal herbs from the perilous jungle. He was a hard man who demanded the same strength of body and spirit in those he commanded. One moonless night the town was set upon by the creatures from beyond its borders. They came from the deepest darkest places of the jungle, they breached the gate and started devouring the townsfolk. In the ensuing mayhem the town caught fire and many who were not devoured by the creatures were consumed by the flames. Corin and his fellow guards did their best to rescue the people but only a handful could be saved. The Captain had to make the terrible decision and flee with the survivors abandoning the remaining people to their fate. Just before dawn they stole into the jungle taking with them whatever they could. Weeks passed and the survivors started to dwindle many took ill and many more fell to the dangerous flora and fauna of their temporary home. Soon only Corin remain sickly and weak, with his dying breath he begged to be allowed just one more chance to defend the people he held most dear in exchange for his very soul. His offer was accepted and a pact was struck. Corin was granted his chance as long as he filled the graveyards with the bodies of his foes. Once a captain of the guard now the captain of the dead Corin can raise his fallen comrades at will to do his bidding. No shred of his humanity remains as he commands his ever growing army in an assault against the living. "I shall rise, I may fall, but I shall always rise again." - Corin.

ABILITIES.
INNATE- Ghastly Rejuvenation.
Effect: Corin regenerates hp equal to 50% of the mana he spends over a 3s period.
Visual Effect: Corin glows bright green for 0.05s every time Ghastly Rejuvenation is triggered.
Notes: Corin regenerates 60 hp per cast of Grave Rush, 45,53,60,68,75 hp per cast of Corrosive Breath, 20 hp per Corpse Harvest empowered attack, and 75,125,225 hp per cast of Unleash Goer.
ABILITY 1- Grave Rush
Cost: 120 mana
CD: 10s, 2.5s between casts.
Cast Range: 475, 500 vector target
Effect: Corin gains 1 charge every 10s that he can use to summon a corpse hulk at a chosen location and send charging in a target direction. The corps hulk deals 90,110,130,150,170+40% AP as magic damage to and stuns the first target hit for 1s. Corin can store up to 1,1,2,2,3 charges at once.
Visual Effect: A rotting skeleton rises from the target location and quickly shambles toward the chosen direction.
Notes: The charge regain rate is affected by cool down reduction the time between casts is not. The corpse hulk can travel beyond the 475 point of origin cast range. It takes 0.1s for the corpse hulk to be summoned and it has a movement speed of 600. Applies spell effects.
ABILITY 2- Corrosive Breath.
Cost: 90,105,120,135,150 mana
CD: 19,17,15,13,11.
Cast Range: 550, cone
Effect: Corin breathes out toxic fumes in a cone dealing damage over time. Deals 30,36,42,48,54+5% AP per second over 5s.
Visual Effect: Corin spews putrid greenish fumes from his mouth
Notes: Corrosive Breath deals a total of 150,180,210,240,270+25% AP as magic damage over its duration. Applies spell effects.
ABILITY 3- Corpse Harvest
Cost: 40 per attack and 1 corpse
CD: 0.25s, toggle
Cast Range: self, toggle on/off, 250 collection range
Effect: When a unit dies within a 250 radius of Corin he collects its corpse. Corin can throw these Corpses to empower his basic attacks. Corpses deal 10,18,26,34,42+12% AP as magic damage on hit. Corin can store up to 5,10,15,20,25 corpses at once.
Visual Effect: Corin throws a skeletal upper body at the target of his basic attacks.
Notes: Requires a minimum of 1 corpse to be toggled on and automatically toggles off when corpse count drops to 0. 1 corpse is spent per attack. Corpse Harvest is an on hit effect that stacks with other on hit effects. The attack can critically strike the corpse cannot. Only the primary bolt from runaan's hurricane will use a corpse. Devourer will cause 2 corpses to be throw when triggered but will only cost 1 corpse and 40 mana. The corpse does not apply spell effects. Minions, summons, and small monsters grant 1 corpse on death, large monsters and champions grant 2 corpses on death, and barron, dragon, and Goer grant 3 corpses on death.
ABILITY ULTIMATE- Unleash Goer
Cost: 150,250,350 mana
CD: 180,160,140s
Cast Range: self, select a lane upon cast
Effect: Corin summons Goer to push a selected lane. Goer is uncontrollable and moves on the same path as friendly minions.
Visual Effect: Goer crawls up out of the ground and follows the next minion wave destroying anything in his path.
Notes: Cool Down starts after Goer dies. Goer dies when his hp is dropped to 0 or after 210s. Goer's basic attacks deal physical damage and do not apply on hit effects. Goer prioritizes attacking enemy Goer if applicable > enemy towers > enemy minions > enemy summons > enemy champions > visible enemy wards within a 500 aoe of himself. Goer is the priority target of enemy towers, enemy minions, and uncontrolled enemy summons. If Goer deals damage to an enemy champion while Corin is in tower range Goer will continue to be the tower's focus, Corin will not draw tower aggression. When summoned Goer spawns at the inhibitor of the lane the player chooses whether or not the inhibitor has been destroyed, and waits for the next minion wave to pass before falling in behind the last ranged minion. Goer will continue to push in the lane he was summoned in regardless if the player leaves the lane or dies. Once summoned Goer cannot leave the lane he was summoned in. Goer benefits from several of Corin's stats and has 3 passive abilities of his own. Goer grants 75,120,165 gold to his killer, 50 assist gold, and 100,215,330 experience to enemy champions in range, if his hp was dropped to 0. Goer grants no gold or experience bounty if he times out. Enemies killed by Goer grant Corin their gold bounty regardless of his distance from Goer, but Corin only gains experience from Goer's kills if he is within experience range.

Abilities-
Ability 1- Plague Aura
Range: 450 aoe
Effect: The stench from Goer deals damage to enemies around him. Deals 35,55,75 magic damage per second.
Visual Effect: The area around Goer is bathed in a sickly greenish hue.
Notes: Applies any spell effects that Corin Currently has. Spellvamp heals Corin.
Ability 2- Cannibalize
Range: 150.
Effect: Whenever Goer kills an enemy champion, minion, or summon he regenerates 3,4,5% of its max hp over 2s.
Visual Effect: Goer bites his target when delivering the killing blow.
Notes: Goer only regenerates from enemies he kills with attacks
Ability 3- Regurgitate.
Range: 175 min, 575 max.
Effect: Goer vomits a corpse at the closest enemy champion in range every 15s. Deals 70,110,150+5% of Corin's AP as magic damage.
Visual Effect: Goer vomits a corpse at a nearby enemy champion.
Notes: Regurgitate only targets enemy champions and is cast immediately when off cool down and when an enemy champion is within range. Regurgitate has a static cool down of 15s. Applies any spell effects that Corin currently has. Spellvamp heals Corin.
Corin is a medium range mage and fighter who can build towards being an unstoppable pusher or an attack focused AP carry. Corin has great built in sustain at the price of extremely high mana costs. Because of this sustain Corin can jungle fairly effectively however don't expect fantastic ganks from him as he brings limited crowd control to the table and will likely run out of mana mid gank. Corin needs solo experience and farm in order to make the best use of Goer as he is very strong early on but losses his effectiveness as enemy champions gain items and levels. Corin's greatest weakness is if he falls behind Goer will never become a major threat to the enemy base. Corin's strength is in his ability to launch a devastating push by himself that will require the attention of multiple enemy champions to stop him.
